"I had to cancel my trip because of COVID delta. My brother who I visiting got scared and didn’t want me to visit. I paid for insurance that you provided through your site. Allianz hidden in terms that canceling because of COVID fear isn’t covered. I was never offered insurance through delta on your site witch I would have bought. Delta isn’t even giving me a credit for a flight and keep my money. What a scam and I’m very disappointed in the services I received."

"Boarding was on time (if not a little early). The flight was unfortunately not properly catered for snack boxes in main cabin. This is likely a one off instance, but it’s a long flight for no food options other than pretzels and Biscoffs. Service was attentive and friendly. This particular flight offered Delta’s DeltaOne lay flat first class seats. Would highly recommend. Flight left on time and arrived early!"

Cons: "After a delay of about an hour on a very full flight the gate agent asked for volunteers to check their rollaboard suitcases. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

Her flight from Amsterdam to New York today operated by KLM, was delayed by few minutes. And Delta flight from JFK to Cleveland DL4084 was preponed by airlines. Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Who is going to bear the loss of money and mental torture that your team has given to me and my daughter???? Pros: "I paid 60 bucks for an emergency row exit, take get some extra leg room and space so that I would be fresh when I arrived in Munich. However KLM allowed a passenger — who did not pay for the emergency row to sit next to me because he needed the extra space because he was a liarge man, and clearly didn’t fit very well in the economy seats. Thus I I lost all the extra space and actually would of preferred a regular economy seat. that would’ve been more preferential then paying $60 and getting less space than I would’ve had it in a regular economy. I understand the other passengers comfort was important and if that was the case he should’ve paid $60 as well."

Cons: "It was not acceptable and very disappointed that flight DL391 from SDQ to NY-JFK was delayed till it left at 4:40pm because there were no crew members to bring the aircraft to STO DGO the night before as it is usually done so that the aircraft sleeps over in las Americas. We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

Cons: "The positives don’t even come close to offsetting the misery of Delta’s seats. I honestly don’t remember the last time I was so cramped and uncomfortable. I’m not an abnormally large man - 6 feet 200 lbs - and there was no room for my legs or my shoulders in an “upgraded economy” seat. I fly weekly for work on another major airline, and only took this one in a crunch. But I am quite certain this was my last Delta flight and I’ll be advising others similarly. The service and entertainment aren’t sufficient to mask an awful seat configuration."

Cons: "Flight left late. When we landed the sky bridge was broken so we had to walk outside, which isn't a big deal but it took a while sitting on the runway for the stairs to come. Then we proceeded to baggage claim and waited a few minutes and one of our 2 bags was there. The crew member then said "that's everything. If you're missing bags come see us." Well about 5 people on a small flight had to see them. My bag was stuck in JFK. I was told id have to come back to the airport tomorrow. At this point id been traveling for close to 24 hours. Im not a happy camper. I usually fly JetBlue and this has never happened with them. Delta acted like its a normal thing with them. I paid 25 dollars to check each bag. How can both my bags not reach their final destination together and how come this seems like a normal procedure for Delta. I paid you for a service and now I have to drive back to the airport or wait for you at home to deliver my bags whenever Delta feels like it. I probably won't fly Delta again unless I absolutely have to."

Cons: "OMG! The seats are obnoxiously close together. I could only sit perfectly upright and even then my knees were pressed tightly against the seat in front of me. I am only 5'7". Impossible to rest due to lack of space. I tried to put my head down on my tray table but couldn't since it hit the seat in front of me. Mid flight my 13 year old daughter got back spasms. Upon arrival we could barely walk and looked like two old women limping down the jetway. No idea how a tall or larger person could have even sat down."

Cons: "That we had to sleep like homeless people on the floor of JFK airport as the airline was not able to provide for a crew and therefore cancelled the flight. The airline cancelled the flight at 1.30 in the morning so no one was able to get a stay in a hotel not did the airline take any action towards helping the stranded passengers. We were given blankets and pillows. The best thing was the ground staff getting rude after all passengers complaining. They were basically saying we should get stuffed since we were booked for a flight next day same day. This is shameful! Needless to say that I will not fly this airline again!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed due to aircraft issues making us 2 hours late for vacation. THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY! I literally put blood, sweat and many many tears into this trip. The flight attendant was so rude on this trip. It was like she was absolutely offended by my presence. I barely even spoke to her except to make sure of my vegetarian tray to which I got the nasty reply "You'll have to wait because I don't have it with me now". If I wasn't so focused on sleeping as much as I could I would have written her name down. No complimentary cocktails for Preferred Seating? Seriously? What did I upgrade for exactly? Literally four inches of space? Late, rude, money sucking industry who holds no accountability for wrong doings. Don't get into the Health Industry.. you'll kill people with this flippant attitude. Bleh.. I doubt I'll fly with Delta again. The thought of having to do so turns my stomach."

I didn't like that my flight time was changed more than 15 times with no reason why until boarding time. I didn't like the fact that I did not get a seat assignment until boarding the plane. I didn't like the fact that they couldn't manage to scramble another plane and crew, but instead forced us to wait over four hours for one that was stuck somewhere else in the country."

They said am only entitled 1 piece, and therefore I have to pay for the other luggage. I was forced to borough money from someone at the airport just so that I could board the flight."

Cons: "The WORST experience of my life. My flight was delayed 12 hours overnight due to "weather" and since it was reportedly because of uncontrollable weather delta didn't have to do anything for me so I slept in the JFK airport overnight, they wouldn't even give a $59 pass to their sky miles club for the afternoon. It felt like an easy excuse so they wouldn't have to do anything since there were other airlines still flying out of JFK and to go CLE before my rescheduled flight which makes me believe it wasn't all weather. Since the flight was delayed 12 hours instead of being cancelled they wouldn't let me switch to a different airline either. Then, in the morning when it was rescheduled to it was again delayed because they first couldn't find a captain and then couldn't find a fort mate. We finally took off and arrived in Cleveland only to wait another 30 minutes for a gate and a ground crew that they couldn't find. I will never fly delta again."

Cons: "We had seats at first where there was what looked like bubble gum bits stuck on one of the food trays. The flight was clearly not cleaned although it landed 2+ hours before the departure. We had to ask for a wet tissue and clean it up. That was of no use too as it wouldn't scrub off. My wife was feeling under the weather and so we asked for a blanket. The blanket was hardly a blanket and more like a towel. We then luckily could switch seats as there were 2 vacant. But, the air conditioner was leaking water in the seat to our left. The crew was callous and just stuck the passenger with some napkins saying it does that. I don't fly Delta a lot and my experience in this trip isn't inspiring much confidence."

"They canceled our flights but the flight went on anyway."

Cons: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Pros: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Landed 45 minutes after the originally planned time. Our connecting flight to athens was going to depart in 15 minutes, but left us and 58 other passengers. Poor communication to the passengers and then poor communication or help from the airline. If they would’ve waited 15 minutes, 60 people could’ve made their connection. Instead we have to wait 6-7 hours to board another flight. The customer service at the Moscow airport was sad... only two people at the desk for 60+ customers needing new flights because of their unexplained late departure."

Pros: "Everything about this direct flight from JFK to Moscow was excellent. Boarding went very smoothly as they were strict about loading from the back to the front of the plane. Anyone who tried to circumvent this was sent back to their line. The food was not memorable but perfectly fine and we got 2 full meals— dinner and breakfast— plus several beverage services and a snack. The entertainment interface works well, although they could offer more movies and tv series for sure. The seats are very comfortable and have decent leg room—although I am only 5’2. The crew was exceptionally professional and pleasant. The bathrooms are larger than standard and they offer disposable toothbrushes. Some of my friends made jokes about our flying Aeroflot, but their perceptions are clearly outdated. This is a very good airline from this flight experience. I hope it holds up on our return."

The line moved at a very slow pace. This where the problems started. I was blamed for the delay and was told that my ticket has been cancelled and was asked to buy a new ticket at an excessive price. The staff at Moscow airport was really rude and worked at a such a slow pace. I was fourth in the line and yet it took me more than three hours to talk to the person. He simply took 2-3 minutes and faulted me for the missed flight. I was told to come up with money or simply live on the terminal. After a grueling arguments for more than 5-6 hours, finally I was given another flight. I did not waste even a minute in reaching to the terminal. I did not even use restroom. I felt repeatedly insulted by the Moscow Airport staff of Aeroflot. They kept on talking about the rules and faulted me for being late."

You have to be a world champion to do it in time so I was 2 min late. The company forced me to buy a new ticket for $100 from Moscow to St Petersburg and said that they never recognize that that is their fault. Several other people were late to that plane."

When I politely said that I paid more for a window seat, and asked to look for an empty seat, the flight attendant brought over a security guard, and warned me that if I continued to "complain", that I would be asked to leave the plane. I kept my mouth shut, and demanded my upgrade fee back from Just Fly after the flight returned. Very rude crew."

Also the technician's fault. I don't think I'll ever fly this company again. I'd rather pay more and have a good experience."

I asked one of the stewardesses if she could speak to them but should wait 20 minutes so that its not obvious that it was me who was complaining. She repeated what I said and assured me she will take care of it. Instead she came over to them 2 minutes later and then turned to me and said everything will be ok. Of course they continued being rowdy the whole night. The flight was ruined as I could get no sleep. Will think twice before going with Aeroflot again"

Cons: "My luggage was lost due to a delayed connecting flight, also serviced from Aeroflot. It took more than 72 hours for Aeroflot to finally locate my bags and get them to me. The communication with them in the process was pathetic and practically non-existent. The office I had to speak with every day was only open for 2 hours in the evening, and they typically didn't answer the phone, and even hung up on me once. They had very little visibility to where my bags were and for 48 hours kept a lie going that the bags were with a courier service when they actually were not. I had to actively badger both Aeroflot and ONC Express courier for 72 hours to get my bags back. I'm certain I would not have received by the end of my trip if I didn't stay on top of them as much as I did. They had no interest or concern in getting the bags returned to me until they were hearing from me every day."

Cons: "people standing for over one hour waiting to embark; when I told them about it, I was told that those people asked for it,; a kind of answer that was insulting to people's inteligence. I don't think people should stand for that kind of time, waiting to be called to embark. There was a lot of older people in that line but nobody did care. I definitely needed more space for my legs. The space offered was an insult to my body, it was almost a 21th century torture, specially when it was such a long flight."

"The food was terrible. My luggage did not make it from NY to Heathrow as best I can tell. American says that British Air had it and lost it. It took them four days to get it to me. Also the food on American from SFO to JFK was superior to that of JFK to Heathrow. I also did not get my Global Entry TSA Pre status on the British Air issued tickets and had to do the whole thing in security which was a drag. It was not a good experience. The fully reclining bed with the privacy configuration was definitely the best of any of the airlines so an excellent for the plane seat / bed configuration."

Cons: "The food, the seats were old and cramped and i could feel every movement from the ppl behind and actually got shouted at by the man in front of me because i put my water bottle in the pouch in my seat. He thought i was punching the seat. inflight entertainment was brutal, limited selection of movies and bad ones at that. The screen was old and pixelated..... Food was bland and not edible. It was a red eye and we were not given eye masks, toothbrushes or ear buds. Horrble experience ill never fly BA again"

Cons: "I waited in line at Iberia airlines only to find out I had to go to British Airways. The seats were so tiny. I'm 6 feet tall and usually fit comfortably but this was so bad. Food was absolute slop."

Pros: "Was happy that there was an empty seat in my row which allowed for a little more space and comfort. Food was filling and pretty tasty with free wine & spirits. Staff was friendly."

Pros: "The crew were friendly and efficient"
Cons: "The food was okay and they didn't have the item per the menu handed out, but the staff were apologetic"

Cons: "Purchase through viyama, an Iberia flight that was a code share with British airways and American Airlines. Iberia is terrible with getting its passengers online check-in on their code share partners. Was unable to check-in, got stuck in middle seat. Return seems to be the same situation with American Airlines."

Cons: "Even though it was Finnair it was quite difficult to get my boarding passes and was unable to choose the seats on my long flight. I had to get my boarding passes through American Airlines and then flew through British Airways. It would have been very frustrating/difficult to a new traveler. The flights themselves were very good, they were accommodating and was able to move my seat for me in JFK, the flight with British Airways was good."

Pros: "I loved the crew - they were very helpful and communicative. The food was also good, and I enjoyed the movies."
Cons: "My seat would not recline, so when the lady in front of me reclined her seat, eating and watching movies became difficult. The crew were very helpful in trying to solve the problem, but the seat was broken so they could do nothing to help me. They offered to move me and my son, but we had settled in and so decided to decline the offer."

Pros: "Spacious seats Cabin crew recognised baggage space was likely to run out as flight was full, and took steps to get some bags checked into the hold. Although flight was late, captain kept us informed."
Cons: "2 hours late due to weather."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "British airways is a shitty airline, I was stuck in Heathrow for almost 2 days, pregnant and alone. British airways has poor communication, poor leadership and no customer service skills. My flight was terrible and I will never be flying on British airways in the future. I will also be telling friends and family about my experience and ensure that they also don't travel on this awful airline."

Cons: "Seven hours before my flight, I got an email from British Airways saying my flight was cancelled and I had been rebooked on a flight the next day. I called them immediately and was told the flight was cancelled because of inclement weather on the route. I checked the national weather advisory and saw no such weather alert. The service rep at BA told me there was "absolutely nothing" she could do, at which point I asked for a manager. I waited for almost 30 minutes, and once the manager came on I was put on a flight that same night, on a different airline. If I hadn't pushed back and demanded a more reasonable accommodation, they would have done nothing to right their wrong. For this reason I am extremely unhappy with my experience with British Airways."

Cons: "Drinks service with no snacks, limited films just very much a cattle class experience like any of the big American airlines. Before, if given a chance and the prices being more or less equal I would pick BA over other competitors. Interior of the plane was slightly tired and needed better cleaning."

Pros: "There was nothing I liked!"
Cons: "I couldn't do online check in and was at the airport 2 hours before the flight but they said they cannot give me a seat number and waited there for 25 min to get a seat number. The seats were really uncomfortable (compared to airlines as Turkish airlines and American Airways).The flight attendants were not there to make your flight better, one of them was sulking and was afraid to smile to you but when he was with other crew was able to laugh! Also food was really bad!"

Cons: "Wheelchair assistance was not provided to both the passengers , even though it was requested during reservation."

Pros: "flight departure and arrival were early. check in was easy even though I arrived at the airport late due to weather."
Cons: "extra baggage and overweight fees are excessive"

Cons: "No individual entertainment screens, my 6"2' husband had a large metal box under the seat in front of him and he couldn't extend his legs, the food was terrible, the staff wasn't unfriendly but was not warm and welcoming. This flight was not operated by British airways. It was operated by American Airlines, I much prefer Briti"

Pros: "The food and entertainment options were both above average."
Cons: "The flight was being run by Iberia, not British Airways. Iberia has a policy which did not allow me to check in without proof of a return flight. Unfortunately, my travel partner had booked the return flight and did not share the details with me. I was not able to reach my travel partner and, as such, was forced to buy a new ~$2,300 return ticket on the spot in order to provide the necessary proof. This was an extreme inconvenience, as I nearly missed my flight. If Iberia or British Airways made its travelers aware of this policy in advance of their check in. I have no intention of flying Iberia ever again."

Pros: "This flight did not have much enjoyment due to the extreme delay overseas."
Cons: "There was an ill passenger onboard as we were flying mid Atlantic - instead of flying the aircraft onward we turned around to St.Johns (understandable) however once we arrived we roughly sat on the plane for three hours after the passenger walked off the aircraft conscious. There was paperwork delaying the craft to fly, the re-fueling took over an 1 hour due to not knowing how much fuel to put into this larger plane. There were also difficulties on the plane other then a passenger being ill, the craft had some engine issues after landing in St.Johns - the pilot tried to keep crowd control by lying to the passengers. As we finally got up into the air, knowing that we missed our connecting flight to Budapest from london already- it was stressful. Then as we approached Europe we were told we have to land in Dublin due to the crew working too many hours... Which the pilot had to of known as we departed from St. John's yet he told us we were on our way to London. We waited in the airport in Dublin Ireland for at least 3-4 hours we were told another crew would bring us to London at 3pm yet we didn't even board until 5-6pm. We finally got to London 12 hours after we were suppose to arrive. And to our final destination 14 hours after we were suppose to arrive. I expect a complete refund from this flight from JFK- Budapest. It was the worst experience ever."

Cons: "Screens for entertainment were a bit fuzzy, food was just ok, leg and arm space was tight"

Pros: "My flight was delayed on my way out, but the service was really great. The flight I made it onto was fairly empty and the flight attendants encouraged people who were sitting in a packed row to spread out. It was truly a great experience."
Cons: "The food was not very good. I wish I had gotten the vegetarian option with the sliced apples. Also, the smell on the plane was not very good. Need a light scented lavender air freshener that also kills germs. Or something with a very faint scent to clean the air."

Pros: "Nice food, polite, warm and competent staff, blankets and pillows at every seat. Kids enjoyed all the shows. You knew you were not flying an airline that cut corners."
Cons: "Plane crew had to reassign seats since plane used had a different configuration than one listed at check-in. That took a long time, but crew was experienced and calm and handled it."
