Cons: They lost our bags, twice! We had 4 pieces of luggage that were checked together. They flew out of the same airport we did. They lost 3 out of the 4 bags, but assured me all 3 were on the very next flight. The next flight came in but only 2 more had been put on that flight. Still waiting on 4th...
Cons: Flight was delayed more 1:15 and it is a 35 min flight. If this happens so late in the night is even worse.
Pros: crew was great ,seats was better than good
Cons: Not a lot of legroom in my Premium Economy seat (10C). Seat itself just OK, the high price isn't justified. This flight is usually about one hour late and it was.

Cons: Flight was delayed by 2 hours because of hydronic issues. I feel asleep and missed the food which was part of the ticket wasn’t woken up. Was then woken by the passenger behind kick my chair which was not comfortable at all and the entertainment system was something out of the 80s, screen so small could see the picture that well and the touch screen was not that reactive. Cabin crew we grumpy. Ashamed this is called British not what I called British........
Pros: Was happy that there was an empty seat in my row which allowed for a little more space and comfort. Food was filling and pretty tasty with free wine & spirits. Staff was friendly.
Pros: lost baggage is impossible to gather info concerning it's status. No one can tell me when it will be delivered. We are beyond 24 hrs with no update or help.

Cons: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.

Cons: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I actually think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.

Cons: Our flight in Lisbon was scheduled to board an hour before departure. We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor.

Cons: I had two flights that day: TAP Portugal: greeters, assistance loading carry-on, fish with potatoes and spinach, glass of wine, pudding, sandwich, carrot cake bite, coffee and a blanket. Jet Blue: water three hours in, (unhealthy) bag of chips.

Cons: Check in took forever. You had to first weigh your bag and we’re charged for 1Kilo over 65.00. You had to stand in lines that took longer than they should’ve been. First to check in bag and then another one to pay.

Cons: Took us 2 hours just to drop bags off and check in. Almost missed flight. The guy who was managing the check in staff was one of the most rude aggressive people I've ever met. Could not check in online prior to flight. Check in machines at airport don't work. Got to London and had to wait half an hour standing on the tarmac while they found a tunnel to take passengers off the flight. Worst flying experience I've had for years. Never again with this clown show.

Cons: Transferring to another airline that was “serviced by”. British Airways ended up being 2 hours of stress, confusion and running to our gate. This should be made apparent while booking. Had to go through security 3 times in Toronto.
Cons: Told us to pick up stroller in Dublin. Get there and we are told that is not possible. Of course we not have arrived at our final destination without said stroller. Seats are on the pitiful side of the spectrum and gets a bit old being nickled and dimed for drinks, sodas, food. . .
Cons: The information at boarding time was hard to understand, even coffee was a charge, they didn’t have our stroller at the gate when we got off then when we got to baggage claim it was still hard to find.

Pros: New airbus 350-390 are worst than older planes. Economic class space is even smaller now, no storage space for the last few rows
Cons: Last 3-5 central rows in economy class have no space for carryons. On top of that, at arrival we realized they have lost our bagage, all 6, so we’re left with carryons. This may be our very last trip with Lufthansa.

Pros: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.

Cons: The seat I was in (37 H) was awful, if felt much more cramped than the flight to Macedonia. I felt like I was crammed into a sardine can. The boarding process in Vienna was a joke; the economy seats were all boarded at once; in effect a mass of humanity all rushing toward the gate.

Cons: I had only 40 minutes to board my connecting flight to Vienna, had to run through two sets of security gates and one immigration and a long walk - at 64, I almost didnt make it, and was the last one to board huffing and puffing!

Cons: I remember Virgin flights being so much fun. Food was awful. Seats were okay as far as legroom. I was in economy so I expect to be treated like cattle. I've heard of international flights having Wi-Fi. Virgin doesn't seem to offer that option. I was hoping to be able to work a little. I used to be a loyal Virgin Atlantic traveler and I've noticed a decline in quality since I last flew with the airline. I've flown other carriers, including British Airways and always preferred Virgin. I'll explore other airlines going forward.

Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage....
Pros: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.
