Pros: American Airlines flight didn't even have tvs, chairs were old and outdated. Not worth the price. Now days there are some standards that are expected
Pros: The staff was great, helpful and polite. Seating was fantastic, exit row with our children together in front of us.
Cons: We already had printed out tickets but it took over an hour and twenty minutes to check out bag. Additionally the flights departure was delayed by 25 minutes.

Pros: Check in agent was extremely helpful in expediting both me and my bags after a late check-in. Flight attendants very friendly and helpful, food excellent. If Swiss Air flew everywhere I need to go, I would fly them every time!
Cons: First plane from Barcelona to Zurich was turned around mid flight for medical emergency. Missed connection flight and had to wait 24 hours for next flight to LA.

Cons: Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault.
Pros: It was IBERIA Flight: -Seating was good--very nice reclining seats. -Flight left and arrived on time..
Cons: It was IBERIA Flight: -Video remote did not work well and the touch screen did not work well. -There was no vegetarian option for food--and food was not that good. -There was a check in for Business class but then for actual boarding there was only 1 line and it took almost 30 minutes to Board and we waited in long line. -Maybe the crew did not understand English so well. Cons: Good connection in Madrid and nice flight to Malaga. It was a long walk to get to the connection

Cons: Customer service women checking in was extremely rude to all customer even told a customer to get off her face.
Cons: Unacceptable lack of customer service. Five passengers bumped off the flight and left at JFK at midnight with no help; told to call customer service in the morning. The agents refused to provide their names and hid badges from passengers. The "supervisor" only provided his first name stating that his badge is not our business. The supervisor was also acting as though we chose not to fly and said that the tickets can only be "rebooked" if there was a rebooking option at the time of purchase and a fee will apply. If such option was not originally included, a new ticket will have to be bought. The agents made me wait to check in a family that arrived after me, then a crew of 13, then told me that there were no more seats. Subsequent passengers were told that check-in "is closed" even though they arrived two hours before the scheduled flight time. Of the five passengers I purchased a ticket two months in advance for $600 (JFK-CDG), another passenger was bumped having purchased her ticket that same day for $1,200. Be very careful booking, they make themselves look as though they were Air France, and they are not.

Pros: When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public.
Cons: My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit.
Pros: The crew was friendly and polite.
Cons: The plane was small, it rattled and shook a lot and the size of the seats is ridiculous. The bathrooms did not have warm water and the sense of comfort is to be found only in business and first class. We fly to Zurich a lot because we have family there and we always take SWISS for a direct flight. They have old planes, the little TVs by the seats may or may not work and although the crew is nice and well trained, they cannot substitute for the discomfort of 10 hours flights in a crammed place. Sorry SWISS.
Pros: On board is pretty good except that the seats are pretty narrow compare to our previous experiences. As a reference, I am 5‘3“ and 110 lbs.

Cons: Where do I begin? First they gave me a dirty blanket to use. Next they do not give you any snacks. That might sound trivial but on an 8 hour flight every other airline I’ve ever flown with has offered their passengers SOMETHING. You do have the option of purchasing food but it’s expensive & it wouldn’t feed a preschooler. The crew...honestly they’re just not pleasant to talk to. I put on my call light to ask about purchasing (which means I’m spending money) ear buds & she made me wait another hour & a half. Not one single passenger I spoke to had anything nice to say about Iceland Air.

Cons: We had a 5:35 am flight and the plane was 1/2 hour late to gate. By the time it got there, we spent over 1 hour sitting at gate loaded up waiting for weather to clear. It was fine when it was supposed to be there. Therefore, this was not initially a weather issue. Our connecting flight is 12 hours after Our schedules flight. I have a 1 year old toddler. Customer service rep less than sympathetic personality.
Pros: Short of the entertainment system incident, the service was pleasant. It was nice to NOT be on a full flight and have both seats to myself.
Cons: Entertainment system was not working, and crew was fairly nonchalant about it. In the past they at least apologized and on the better end gave out drink vouchers. Not this time.

Cons: The food is less than average. The diner is include but you have to pay if you want a breakfast. On a 8 hours trip the breakfast should be included. The entertainment offer is poor (not a lot of choice) but you have to pay for it. You have to access it through your own device; the app you need to download did work but the website did well.

Pros: Our flight attendants were very gracious and helpful, and extremely capable operating with precision and grace in very tight spaces. The takeoff, flight and landing were smooth, as well. The cabin and lavatories were clean and the lavatories were functional. Check-in was efficient.
Cons: There was no in-seat entertainment or monitors and no USB ports for charging devices, which seem to be standard on most international flights. The seat space was not the worst, but it could have been a bit more generous. Boarding seemed a bit chaotic, with sparse and unclear information.

Pros: Crew was very friendly for the most part. There seems to be a chance in the way they interact with customers. It's noticeable. The food still is not bad, not great. Drink selection was pretty extensive and impressive. Free wifi for messaging apps is great.
Cons: Electrical plug is right at your knee level. Bread is rock hard an inedible. Plane felt very dry compared to other Delta planes. Would be good to know when the Wifi will be off (as it is off as we "approach the North Pole"). I wish we didn't have to repack bags that are over 52lb.
