Cons: Food is bad
Pros: Responsive excellent crew.
Cons: Long waits to get to the bathroom. Plane dated.
Pros: The food was great. The service is excellent. Swiss Air gets an A+.

Cons: I would not recommend this airline for transcontinental travel to anyone who has a body. Just for reference: I am 5'10 and wear women's size M. No legroom to speak of, the whole flight to/from Paris I felt like I was kneeling on a cement floor. There was breakfast provided on the flight to Paris, but coming back you had to pay for dinner. On a positive note, one piece of check-in luggage was included in the price of a ticket, But this is not enough to entice me to ever use this Xtra Lilliputian airline.
Pros: Decent food. And there is a water bar which is nice

Pros: Flight crew was mostly courteous, Pilot apologized for delay.
Cons: Gate was changed and announcement came late. Flight was delayed 2 hours and no ground crew explained why nor kept us updated, & electronic information was wrong. Passengers were confused, lining up thinking they were about to board, only to be told individually that the flight was delayed and that they should sit down. Why this wasn’t delivered as an announcement to the entire group is beyond me. No apologies except from the pilot—shouldn’t be their job. Outlet near my seat didn’t work, & when I tried to order an item, my Visa debit card was denied and no one offered to let me pay in dollars, as promised in the meal brochure.

Cons: No additional meals for guests purchasing tickets through 3rd party sites. My meal request didn’t go through and there wasn’t any alternative meal offered. They could also use air cents for each passenger seat.
Pros: The staff was really friendly. I had good leg space and movies were offered
Cons: I put low on food cuz there were non. But I knew that already. When boarding they did not go by section so I think it was not as effektive as it would have Been by letting the people in the back rows enter first.

Pros: The flight was smooth and on time. Crew was friendly and efficient.
Cons: A 3-hour flight followed by a five-hour flight isn’t super comfortable but without paying for first class, it was as good as it could be.
Pros: It was cheap & they get there fast.
Cons: Where do I begin? First they gave me a dirty blanket to use. Next they do not give you any snacks. That might sound trivial but on an 8 hour flight every other airline I’ve ever flown with has offered their passengers SOMETHING. You do have the option of purchasing food but it’s expensive & it wouldn’t feed a preschooler. The crew...honestly they’re just not pleasant to talk to. I put on my call light to ask about purchasing (which means I’m spending money) ear buds & she made me wait another hour & a half. Not one single passenger I spoke to had anything nice to say about Iceland Air.
Pros: Great staff from check-in all the way through to exiting the airport.
Cons: No snack provided with the free tea/coffee/juice. Rather limited in flight entertainment selection and no free headphones provided. Small kvetch: Lights turned on too harshly after being dimmed for sleep. I know, first world problems!!! Lol
Pros: Flight was fine; served a meal. Attendants courteous & efficient.
Cons: Seats are a little cramped since everyone riding economy. Landed on time but held up arriving at gate because of weather. Not XL's fault, JFK Airport management.
Cons: We were late for check-in and and crew member did not let us on board to aircraft despite the fact that the aircraft have departed 1.30 hours later than it was scheduled.

Pros: Our flight was delayed by more than an hour. We got an email that the flight would be delayed - and it was. But guess what? Despite the 90 minute delay, the check in CLOSED EARLY. We could not check our bags and thus our tickets were cancelled. No one at the airport offered any help other than to hand us a card with a number to call and then walk away. Awesome. Next flight is TWO DAYS later.
