Clearly an inexperienced cabin crew. Boarding took much longer than usual. Food took much longer to be distributed than usual.
Poor service! If I can I will never fly with them again.
Great quality food. clean cabin and bathrooms. Fast boarding and overall comfortable flight for the duration and times.
Underpricer was a nightmare to deal with they would not help us and blamed the airline and the airline said underpricer just lies. So no we were not happy! The crew on the plane was wonderful.
Your crew was amazing! Friendly, and let my husband and I have a meal in back with them, because a boy got sick behind us and they took some time to clean him and our space up. Fantastic job we were both impressed.

It was...fine. Boarding worked okay, the staff was competent and sufficiently polite, and it was a nice Dreamliner aircraft.
Exactly as you would expect from an Israeli airline (written by an Israeli) - basic service while firmly polite. Don't expect anything extra - they are there to manage the flight, not to make your experience optimal (unless you consider the minimum of getting to your final destination - and then it is great!). They won't give you anything extra, won't pass around water , if you want it - go get it from the back of the plane. They want you sleeping and seated - and while I'm sure that other airlines want the same, here this is well felt.
I was scammed. I never received flight. I had to buy another flight. Airfare assist is a scam and by you using them makes your company fraudulent. please give me refund

Aircraft was noisy, old and never dimmed the lights on a night flight even on business class! I flew 17 times on United and probably another 40 on other airlines United USA /Europe flights were the worst to include luggage delayed once going to europe and once coming back
Check how old the airframe is, some older ones have inoperable seat back entertainment or power.
Flight was delayed 8 times. We were sitting at the airport for 14 hours. We got 2 hours of sleep (if that) on what was not meant to be a red-eye.
Flight and crew were great. United didn't inform crew of immigration process which was disappointing!
Plane boarded early a quickly, was mostly full. We left close to on time. And landed early.

Flight was timely, relatively comfortable, with decent entertainment and food served. Only problem encountered was with the free messaging which I highly appreciate, but it did not work from iphone to non-iphones.
Food was poorly timed and not good.. Hand held snacks, really. I kept asking for water and never got any. Service was rushed for a 7-hour flight.
Boarding was organized. Old plane. Seat fairly comfortable. Business Class much too large so you don’t receive as much attention as you should considering what you pay for the seat.
