Pros: This new c-series was fantastic, what a nice aircraft!...feels very airy, clean & modern! Wow! Thumbs up! Looking to fly again on this plane.
Pros: The crew was great.
Cons: There was no entertainment on board. I was in the last row, and my seat would not recline, which made the flight less than comfortable.
Pros: Best food I've ever had on an airline! Great flight. Not too full.
Cons: Arm rests didn't lift all the way up on the plane.

Pros: There was one crew member was passive aggresive and doing his best to annoy the whole trip, I had to get other crew involved, he was hitting on my friend as well.....
Cons: This was a United flight sold as Air Canada to me and Lufthansa to my friend. This made check in twice as long since we went to the wrong counters. The quality was horrendous for an international flight and the entertainment system was broken. I paid atleast 50% more than I should have. Never fly UA
Pros: Customer service from SFO to YVR. The BNE to YVR customer service wasn’t good when I came, particularly from the Brisbane airport staff, but going back, it was great.
Cons: Better food, otherwise good

Cons: Flight was 3 hours late. Crew was disorganized & inefficient. Announcements were repetive & not helpful. Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions.
Pros: Helpful person at check in counter when I couldn’t check in online and the kiosk would not complete my check in process. Easy boarding. Very relaxed and friendly flight crew (less militant than other airline crews).
Cons: There was some sort of glitch with my record and I could not check in online or at the kiosk. That was frustrating. I called customer service and it was a VERY long time on hold to get an agent.
