The flight was excellent, the crew was super friendly. The only complaint I have is, 3 of my zipper handles were broken and there were 2 massive scratches on the back of my bag

KLM remains a quality flag carrier airline which maintains its standards whilst all their competitors are lowering theirs.
Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack
There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.
The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.
The food quality is poor. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The entertainment program was limited. I experienced a delay of 30 minutes due to two issues. Passenger luggage had to be removed and there was a technical issue with the stairs not detaching from the aircraft. The pilot managed to compensate and we arrived only 15 minutes later. The luggage at Dubai airport was very slow. I waited over an hour.
Selection of movies didn't include recent box office hits. Food was average not great. English sparkling wine is not drinkable. Otherwise, everything was great.
Check in at the desk was very slow pus Security, although not Virgin issue at JFK was a nightmare. 50 minuet wait no time to explore airport and get last minuet gifts. total wait 1.5hours

Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.

The crew was excellent as ever on Virgin. The special meal was poor unfortunately. More significantly when we arrived at Manchester Airport there was no air bridge provided and we had to exit the plane down a rickety stair case. This is unacceptable for a transatlantic flight. Whilst I understand that this is the airport’s fault at the end of the day the airline is responsible for our transportation and needs to do something.

Following a paid seat upgrade for enhanced comfort, I encountered an unacceptable odor in my assigned area. It took three hours for the crew to relocate me, and the replacement seat was unacceptably close to the lavatory, offering no improvement.
Excellent cabin crew. They helped a number of passengers with mobility challenges and a mother with a 3 year old and an infant. Better than most other airlines by far. Well done Eduardo!

Air Lingus was in no hurry to get us on the plane as sat at the gate a long time before they boarded us. Then they leave us on the tarmac for an hour. They were no help to let me know what I needed to do to get home. I had to navigate London Heathrow with 0 help from them.
There was a 6h delay with limited updates . When we got to Manchester the bus took ages to get to arrivals and we missed our train, dinner reservation. Basically lost a whole day due to arrivals Lingus!!
Great. Has a problem with DOB. Fixed 4 us. Led to a 5 hour earlier flight to London!
My flights with Aer Lingus were very good and I will definitely fly with them. Again in future trips to Ireland and Scotland.
At check-in the unmanned machines said QR code was invalid so had to queue for over an hour to check in bags
Friendly crew who apologised and explained reason for delay. Good on board service. Rather cramped seating. Late departure.
Amenity kits were never handed out. There was zero friendliness and assistance by crew. Food was uneatable. One drink was offered and no wine, with dinner or before or after. Cocktails and beverages were not encouraged and when I asked for water, none was given. Poorest, most cramped business class flight I’ve ever been on.
I fly to the USA every 6wks on Ave and 99% of the time I fly Aer Lingus. If I fly BA I’m always disappointed. My only criticism is the food. I’m vegan and over the last year it’s got slightly better these last couple of flights but on the whole it’s not good! Salad and fruit salad for breakfast and that’s also the starter and desert for the lunch/dinner and the main is usually rice with fried veg 😳the pasta is pretty good though. That’s been the last 2 meals…. Everything else is fantastic.

British airways was horrible. Our flights were affected by the wildfires and British airways told us they would be able to change our flights but it would cost us 1700$ to switch. We ended up finding a regional carrier to fly us out for 500 total. I was not impressed.

Comfort in premium economy is worth it for long hauls especially on the 787-9P Dreamliner with the modern updates. The food was okay. All 4 of us selected the same meal, 2 of us had very dry hard to cut chicken, the other 2 were tender and good. The sides/salad/dessert all very good as far as airline food goes. Crew were very attentive. Will be hard to ever go back to regular economy!
The flight attendants were efficient and helpful. The airplane had malfunctioning equipment. Again, as was the case with my previous British Air flights, the USB port did not work. This may seem like a small detail, but in this day and age, it is important to be able to have charged electronics in order to enjoy such a long flight. Please upgrade your cabins!
Crew was great! Food sub-bar, tepid & flavorless. No snack options on trans-atlantic flight. Premium Economy seats ok, leg rest wouldn’t stay in place.
Entertainment system did not function. USB ports did not function. Wi-Fi did not function. Terrible trifecta…
It was very good. The flight was delayed and people that were boarded needed to get off again but overall it was very good.
I will NEVER fly into our out of Charlotte NC again!! My arriving flight there was delayed over 25 minutes sitting on the ground waiting for a plan to leave our gate. This caused me to miss my connecting flight to Chattanooga. When I did get on my connecting flight there was yes another ground crew issue resulting in a 30 minute delay in leaving the airport. Not to mention just 3 people checking passports for incoming flights.. That airport is not worthy of being an international airport and show the US in a VERY poor way.

Boarding was seamless, crew were great. Less disruptions on the night flight would have improved the experience and turning off lights earlier.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced on a flight. They downgraded my seat without giving me any other options, then sat in a seat with an arched back for 10 hours. I was not able to get ahold of any customer service representatives to understand what alternatives I might have, or how they will be handling a refund for the difference in fares between business and premium economy that I was downgraded to.
British airways needs to improve their luggage handling process and communications. The luggage was lost/left in UK. But, this was not communicated to me as a traveler and because of the wait at the carousel in Seattle (we have to go through customs and immigration on arrival to US) I missed the connecting flight and had to be rebooked. No one informed me that the luggage wasn't there, and there was no one there at the carousel to check with or help me get through security faster. I wasn't the only one- there were a lot of people waiting for luggage that didn't arrive.
My bags were lost. I waited in a line for 5 hours after I landed and got no resolution to the issue.
Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.
Poor experience at Bengaluru Airport. Slow check-in process. Boarding calls were unclear and by number (no clarification given for priority groups) and were caught in wrong queue with infant based on what was written on ticket. Aircraft seat was not comfortable. Slow initial service for flight at 03:00 where most passengers wanted to sleep - did not seem right to be serving meal after takeoff. Poor quality breakfast in morning, not offered any tea/coffee alongside Only saving grace was that this was a night flight and the plane had free high-speed Starlink wifi.
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.
