Pros: New plane. Great legroom. Generous luggage allowance. Pleasant crew.

Pros: This plane was alot older then other planes owned but the cabin was still new, legroom brill, clean cabin and excellent staff. We were kept fully informed of the extra safety procedures needed in regards to de-ice the plane before takeoff.

Cons: Would have rathered a new plane, and to land ontime but only 20 mins late.

Pros: Amazing customer service from the moment we arrived at the airport, throughout the checkin process and on the plane. Really extraordinarily amazing given that it was the Saturday of half-term. Cannot praise highly enough.

Cons: This was just a short commuter flight from Lyon to Amsterdam for connection.

Cons: Seating policy - it’s ridiculous to charge passengers to be seated together, even if they’re flying on the same booking. It only leads to on-board seating “trades” and negotiations to get people to agree to swap seats. Embarrassing!

Pros: Plane changed to an A380

Cons: Waited over half an hour to get off at Heathrow owing to staff shortage so the air bridge took a while to happen!

Pros: Entertainment was good.

Cons: The flight was terribly cold. I was cold even after using 2 blankets. Lunch was served very late just before landing and it was a 10 hour flight.

Cons: The crew member at the boarding gate had a messy uniform and trousers were coming down at the back.

Pros: We were kept informed about the delays and their causes.

Cons: Not sitting on the runway for 1h10m waiting for "paperwork" because of "staff shortages"

Pros: Everything went smoothly, from check-in right through to bag collection, & we landed nice & early, which was much appreciated on a late night flight.

Cons: I could have used a little extra elbow room, as the guy sitting next to me had big arms which took up the entire arm of the seat between us. The seat itself was quite comfy, though.

Cons: Did not realize that we could only bring 1 carry one. Had to pay for water.

Cons: Our flight was cancelled. The level crew was completely unprepared for this. They boarded us on the plane , made us sit for hours , then marched us around the terminal trying to figure out what to do. This is airline the WORST. I want my money back !

Pros: The crew at the airport were clued up and took action when they knew the flight was going to be delayed. They ensured everyone was checked in for the flight and boardring passes checked before gathering everyone in the correct groups so we could board quickly. Pilot got us there ahead of schedule!

Pros: Once departed, the flight was about as average as any Ryanair flight can get. Crew were friendly and apologised on numerous occasions for the delay, and on arrival deboarding and getting to the terminal was swift and had no delay.

Cons: Ground Crew Blue Handling was trialling a 'new process' of boarding & luggage handling which went into action the day I flew April 26th. This resulted in a passenger boarding the wrong flight and bags loaded onto the wrong plane. This led to a 40-minute delay in departure while they sorted this out.

Pros: Flight was cheap, boarding was quick and the whole experience was about that of your average Ryanair flight! Got a chance to speak to the captain of the flight in the cockpit after landing, had a quick chat about the aircraft as well as my own PPL lessons which start next Sunday.

Cons: The flight came in late, but we only found out later.If we’d been told we could have gone for a drink, or at least found somewhere to sit for a while, rather than standing for an unacceptable time!

Pros: Last minute booking from Alicante, amazing seat allocation and the flight arrived 35 minutes early.

Cons: Shame Leeds wasn’t ready for us, took far too long to access the terminal and queue at passport control was a joke. Landed feeling great, now I’m ticked off.

Cons: priority passangers can board first, but must wait half an our standing up in the corridor. I do not understand this and what the advantage is. next time, I will wait in the chairs until the last ine, because you already have your seat number.

Cons: Having to turn off electronic equipment for take off and 30 mins before landing. Ridiculous as all other airlines now agree this is pointless.

Cons: All food/drinks are chargeable, but they will not accept credit cards without a raise number on the front so I couldn't use my travel credit card and then I couldn't use my debit card because they said "often the debit card will not run through while in the air"...fortunately I had some Euros.

Cons: Our flight out was delayed by a couple of hours and the return flight was delayed at least an hour. It was clear skies, no tusre why. Also, after having paid to check our bag, the bag didn't arrive at our destination because it was removed from the plane, along with 26 others. We didn't get it back for 5 days, just in time for our holiday to be over.
