Cons: Food and it not be this dirty
Pros: Short flight time
Cons: Better food. Serve fresh fruits as snack. Have more snacks. Dinner and lunch was too little and limited. Bath room was not cleaned. No toilet tissues. Crew gather in the back and talking to each other. No good service from them.
Cons: Consol provided with my seat 18C on 30th November 18 and 18 d on 6th Feb 19 I.e more than 2 months was no operational . Due to this no entertainment facilities was available during my to and fro journey. Such inefficiency is not tolerable. Pl take note of this.

Cons: The 777 Dreamliner did not have functioning window shades. Airline check-in counter staff were trainees and did not understand Visa requirements to and out of India. The check-in counter was open to passengers that had lined up but not manned. . It made the check-in process slow and tedious.
Cons: Too long of a wait for "parking" after landing
Pros: No one gave me food. I pressed the button to request services, and had to wait for two hours until someone finally came and get me a drink (the flight was about 3 hours long). This was the worst flight experience that I ever had. Very bad.
Cons: Be on time. Flight delay was ~3hrs. Flight operated by Fly Dubai and eve though my ticket was with Emirates got charged for coffee and water!!!
Cons: Everything was great It’ was a long flight and the seats are not comfortable I wish the first class tickets were more reasonably priced for a normal person that wants to be more comfortable in a long flight. But everything else was perfect!! Thank you.

Cons: Plane was a little dirty. Entertainment was also a little limited in terms of new releases.
Pros: The staff was great, helpful and polite. Seating was fantastic, exit row with our children together in front of us.
Cons: We already had printed out tickets but it took over an hour and twenty minutes to check out bag. Additionally the flights departure was delayed by 25 minutes.

Pros: Finnair cabin/seats, clean, quiet and comfortable airport in Helsinki
Cons: Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website...

Cons: I discovered when I hit Dubai that despite having an eight an a half hour layover that I didn't qualify for the free hotel I thought I did qualify for as someone with an eight hour plus flight so that was a little disappointing have had it before so assumed it was on all flights but that ended up being a negative surprise...

Cons: The boarding took a very long trip on the bus from gate to the aircraft. The entertainment system need maintenance. Screen and head set socket are poor quality.

Cons: My skis were lost on the way to Riga and had to be delivered 2 days later to Vilnius. That said, the situation was handled very professionally.
Cons: I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre.

Pros: Crew was mostly attentive and helpful.
Cons: Had the boarding queues setup and when they got to group 5 they flipped the sign and those of us in front had to go in the back. Once we were in the main queue they opened the 5-9 queue for some privileged traveler and then left it open allowing the back of the queue to become the front.
