My only issue with my flight to Jersey was that the Gate wasn't announced until shortly before boarding, otherwise all went well even with how busy Heathrow was. I appreciate British Airways staff's politeness, hospitality and positive energy.

Because a single one of our six BA flights was code shared, they wouldn’t let us choose seats nor do online check in for ANY flights So we were stuck with last minute reject seats for our entire holiday and struggled to find spots for our small bags in already full overhead lockers. On two flights the USB power outlets were broken beyond repair which makes one question safety standards on top of being stuck with flat phone batteries on arrival because using power banks is not allowed. Plus two separate take off delays related to aircraft faults. Nobody likes hearing there’s a problem with the toilets or the auxiliary power units. The cabin crews were great. None of the debacles were their fault.

better seats (very uncomfortable), access to wifi was a nightmare, and food was blah.

Gates were changed at Heathrow with nothing show on the board about 200 plus people needed to take a tram to another section of the terminal. At JFK airport, we had to wait 1 hour(!) on the tarmac after a 7 hour flight to get a gate to deboard!!

Flight was excellent, staff was great. My first time in first class and it was very relaxing and comfortable.

They are disorganized….show your flight info half an hour before take off, so you are running all over the place. Customer personnel are not helpful, and act like you are bothering them when you asked for assistance - very rude!!! My very first and last time flying with British airways… good thing we have other options.

There was no entertainment offered or expected, so please disregard my readings of that component. The flight was fantastic. Efficient boarding, takeoff, and even early arrival!

Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.

2 hour delay with very little information given. Horrible service by BA employees at Heathrow after we missed our connecting flight. Extremely disappointing experience!

I travel business class because I like to lie flat on the flight and sleep. I achieved that on this flight, and I really do like BA's new cubicles. As regards the rest of the experience however, I could have been in Premium Economy. The lounge was crowded, and the food/ drink in it was nothing special. The in-flight food was also nothing special, and the in-flight service was pretty perfunctory. Sorry, BA - you need to provide a better service. Cheers
