"The Room" is the only way to fly. The service was excellent and the stewardesses we all gorgeous and friendly. The boarding process was delayed and the attendants at the airport were not the best.

Awful. They cancelled my flight from Osaka to Tokyo and did not communicate this with United so my flight was never rescheduled. I had to call United myself who, after being on hold with them for an entire hour, did not believe that my flight had been canceled because ANA never reported this. ANA themselves refused to rebook my flight. United then said they would only rebook my flight for $600. After three hours of calling I was able to rebook my flight. My total trip was delayed 7 hours.

Flights got canceled due to weather and rebooked; however, were rebooked for the latest times and I was unable to move anything up.

One of the business class panels where we were sitting was broken and it didn’t close. Therefore, the be privacy was limited.

I enjoyed the flight, but a little too much turbulence on the flight. Thank you for the meal and entertainment. This kept my kids entertain during the flight. I have to admit comparing the crew from ANA vs United, there was a sense of more accomodation, friendliness and service compared to United crew. I felt for the United crew, it was just a job and it can be seen in there demeanor and delivery.

It was really fast to Tokyo. Much faster than the budget carriers. However a lot less space than international flights.

Every leg of the flight was late causing us to miss our flight to Okinawa and have to take the next flight out.
