My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.

Much better than the major US Carriers especially in Biz Class.

I wish that the meal included a vegetable or even a salad instead of couscous! Why serve chicken with rice AND couscous? Service was good overall though a bit lacking in friendliness. Usually on air france I've been offered a glass of champagne before dinner, wine with dinner, and a digestif after dinner. We were only offered wine this time!

It was not Air France but Air Europa. But confusion over our checked luggage. Whether it was checked all the way to Tenerife or not. It was not. Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine.

My wife and I had a row to ourselves after moving seats. There were no TVs and you had to buy food. So we did nothing but had a quick nap. Flight was fine.

The male attended that served are section was a snob. He did not answer my call light when my wine spilled all over the floor. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it. He just ignored the call light when he came to give us our meal, serving the people behind us first. I did not push it again or drew his attention to it to see his reaction. It was so obvious that he was ignoring us. We were in premium economy!

The plane was old Only 3 bathrooms available for economy The entertainment was old and the selection was poor

Georgian Airways check in staff initially denied us, because they thought passengers required transit visas to transfer on connecting flights. This required 70 minutes for them to call multiple people to confirm how transfers worked. They did not apologize once accepting our check in. Onboard, the four hour flight gave stale bread with spam slices as lunch. The only included drinks were still or sparkling water.

I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.

Not a good one this time. The absence of internet without any information/notification ahead was really the unacceptable part. Also this new A350-900 has a serious legroom challenge for economy seats. It’s more like a medium-haul flight legroom configuration.

Checking was not good. They make up the rules on baggage as they wish. Very unfriendly check-in staff

There were some things that were not maintained well on the plane. There were foot rests that didn’t elevate for myself and my son in law. The flight attendants were excellent. Boarding in Senegal was chaotic.

Everything could have been better. The food was bad, the service was bad, and the flight staff were not very friendly.

I had surgery on both of my legs in February 2022 and the flight was booked in March. The purpose of booking business class was to have an opportunity to stretch my legs due to the surgery. The flight going and coming was so difficult for me because the seats were broken, I have video and pictures of this horrible flight and a report from my surgeon regarding the this. It is unfortunate that I will have to get a lawyer to get a refund and sue this airline. I have sent them correspondence regarding the incident as well as the Better Business Bureau and they refuse to respond.

After paying for business class, we were given anything but business. They used a rented plan from China that had no inflight entertainment, the seats were broken and besides that, we had a 15-hour layover in Dakar. The same problems existed on the return flight. The flight from New York to Baltimore was the worst, the flight attendance decided to have a personal conversation and I am guessing that because there were only three passengers in business class, that they did not have to give the emergency announcement and proceeded to carry on their personal conversation during the entire flight. Worst travel experience of my life!

First time in my life that i had a 5hrs delay with no agent to give us any explanation...We had a very bad experience with Air Senegal...while Senegal is a nice country to visit but the Air Sénégal airline is very bad in customer service...

normal business seats with sufficient leg room. good food. no entertainment whatsoever

Very comfortable flat bed. Perfect for overnight sleeping. Interesting that a dozen wheel chairs were provided to the elderly that have been walking teh whole evening only for them to board eaely. Made a joke that HC408 stood fo handicapped.

Flat bed !!!! and even free wifi !!! offered in business class. Price was 50% of competition. I came from ABJ and price was the same. Had phantastic fresh ornage juice for breakfast. All flights over the atlantic are like that. The rechecking of luggage and waiting time to go in same plane to BWI was a bit of a pain. Might make more sense to continue travel directly in JFK. For example we arrived early at 6 am in JFK but continuation at 9am and security only opens at 7.30am

At the Check-in desk in Constantine, I put my luggage on the belt. It wasn’t very full. The Air Algerie agent said that my luggage was too heavy, and so I had to pay money. I asked how heavy it was, and he said 20 kg. I doubt just clothes would be that heavy. So I asked how much money I had to pay. He said 12000 Dinars, which is about $150 dollars (i.e., about 150 Euros). I started objecting, saying I don’t have that much Dinars, mostly because one can’t exchange dollars or Euros for Dinars. No one would get on a flight to Paris with 150 Euros worth of Dinars. Worthless. Also, I told him the flight itself didn’t cost as much as $150, so this charge was way too high. But, the Check-in person insisted that they would no take my luggage weighing that much (20 kg). So I asked what weight it must be. He hesitated, looked upward for a few seconds, and said 10 kg. So I stepped a few feet away and transferred clothes from my luggage to my backpack, leaving my luggage feeling 1/2 the original weight - - - hopefully now only 10 kg. I went up to the Check-in desk again. The Check-in guy put my bag on the scale, and said, “You still must pay 12000 Dinars.”. I asked why, and he said my ticket did not include any luggage at all. I objected immediately, saying that I had a round-trip ticket and that Air Algerie carried my luggage from Paris to here in Constantine. Therefore my ticket must actually have included luggage going both ways, round trip. But he continued to say that, no, my ticket didn’t include luggage, and that I must pay 12000 Dinars. At that point another Air Algerie agent walked up behind me, asking what was going on. When I told him, he said, “Come with me.” He took me 30 feet away, behind a pillar. He asked how much money I had. I said $40 US dollars and 20 Euros. He looked one way and then the other way. He said, “Give me the $40 and I’ll see what I can do.” A couple minutes later he said it was all fine, and they would take my luggage. So I went back to the Check-in counter, and they took my luggage, saying, “Don’t worry, it’s all fine. Everything is fine.”

Always late , never on time people rushing to catch their connection flight , the only punctuality of air algerie is for sure they delay the flight

Air algerie flights always the same Late or canceled with poor service So , not a surprise The flight yesterday full and late with poor service as usual

3hours deleyed, absolutely horrible day.,horrible company.,bad service.,they should check the flight if it safe before letting the passengers in .. it was a technical problem ( very hot temperatures inside the flight) we had to come back and change the flight.never again with this company

When the flight landed, it was still going towards the gate, when everybody got up. Nobody cared that the flight was still in "active taxi" mode. But seems like this is common on Air Maroc flights.

1. Boarding - Chaotic, no announcements. 2. Gate Agents - Don't care about anything. 3. Inflight - FA are good and cordial. 4. Landing - Everybody is in a rush to get out because of the crowding at immigration.

This is the worst seat that I ever sat on. The length and width are great but Super uncomfortable. We felt like sitting on marble.

Worst flight experience of my life. It was cancelled and they left us in the airport for 7 hours having no idea what to do.

Had the worst service I have experienced in 45 years of flying internationally (over 100 flights). This was an 8-hour flight and the crew was completely non-responsive to any and all requests for assistance from the 200+ passengers. My wife and I each pressed the button for assistance at least 4 separate times and no crew member ever responded. Looking down the aisle, at any given time at least a dozen passengers request-for-assistance lights were on and no crew member ever assisted any of them either. Notably, it was a very smooth flight with no turbulence, so there was no reason crew members could not provide assistance. Other than two meals - one at the beginning and one at the very end, the crew did not serve water or other drinks at all. We had to get up and walk to the end of the plane to get water ourselves. The only snacks available were saltine crackers. Crew also did not collect trash except immediately after each meal. Plane was a mess and everyone was coughing at the end due to lack of water. We found the crew hanging out in the front of the plane talking to each other and laughing amongst themselves without a care in the world about the 200 passengers. One was just enjoying a book. Don’t ever fly Royal Air Maroc if you can avoid it.

There was a technical problem with the aircraft after we boarded and we had to leave the plane and wait for two hours where we couldn’t talk to anyone. I had a connection in Toronto to Vancouver I obviously missed it. Arriving to Vancouver the flight was canceled and I wasn’t offered any another flights. I had to book one on my own charges to get back home. Also at Casablanca check in. They said our luggage will go to final destination and they did not!

Seats were very uncomfortable (tight and hard). Flight was delayed due to technical problems. Baggage took an hour to arrive to the carousel.

Not good airline doesn't understand or recognize business class customers

I love how the airline gave accommodation as a result of my nine hour layover. The service at the hotel was great.

It will be my last choice to fly this airline It was the first time to fly with them Everything extremely bad Nothing good about them Very filthy Bad service Bad food quality Bad boarding Very bad lounge. Actually it doesn’t meet the definition of lounge
