Pros: The seats were more comfortable than on the way out. Crew were friendly, polite and efficient. Took off on time and landed early

Cons: Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online.

Cons: I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!

Pros: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Cons: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Cons: I tried to check in 24 hours before the flight and was unable to, resulting in a missed flight and hundreds of USD for another flight plus the cost to get to another airport

Pros: Nothing, only good thing was that the girl at the check-in was very nice and felt bad for the situation, then inside the plane after we landed, the manager was very attentive and nice to me, she heard my complaints and made sure I spoke my part.

Cons: - They charged me 55 GBP for missing the check-in - They didn't let me facture the suitcase even tho I paid for the priority entrance. I had to throw away my liquid bottles. - While boarding one of the flight attendants told me to walk faster because they were late, even though I had two heavy bags in both of my hands. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this.

Pros: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Cons: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Pros: The flight itself was ok. Didn't sample the food (brought my own) or entertainment (was there any?) so can't comment on those and consequently had little interaction with the flight crew but they seemed pleasant and professional enough

Cons: Check in at Pisa airport was a complete shambles. Counters late in opening for multiple flights and no advice which would be our counter on the display screens - so people milling everywhere trying to guess. Once through security, the pre-board area was hopelessly undersized for 3 flights departing. Hot, crowded and seating for about 30% of the people. Disgraceful.

Pros: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.

Cons: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.

Pros: It's a large company in London so it was easy to navigate at the terminals.

Cons: It was a budget airline and not bad for a short flight. Nothing special.

Pros: The flight itself was ok. Didn't sample the food (brought my own) or entertainment (was there any?) so can't comment on those and consequently had little interaction with the flight crew but they seemed pleasant and professional enough

Counters late in opening for multiple flights and no advice which would be our counter on the display screens - so people milling everywhere trying to guess. Once through security, the pre-board area was hopelessly undersized for 3 flights departing. Hot, crowded and seating for about 30% of the people. Disgraceful.

Cons: It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket.

Cons: I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin.
