Absolutely the best airline for service and comfort by far! I only wish I could fly with them domestically!

Comfortable seats, good service overall. The food could’ve been a little bit better. The boarding process was slightly chaotic and in fairness, not all of that is related to the performance of British Airways.

The chairs were a bit tight even though I had extra feet space…2nd plane didn’t have entertainment and even though they said there was free WiFi-I believe the free WiFi wasn’t accessible unless u had some account set up….which I didn’t figure out

Naples airport not the best ! Boarding via coach to aircraft never the best. Staff and captains announcements good. Flight on time with soft landing. Ran out of sandwiches half way down the plane. !! Not impressed. 7/10 satisfaction overall

That was awful. My flight from Zurich to London was delayed 2hours and 50 minutes. This had a significant negative impact on my work and living conditions. How can I complain?

The seats are not comfortable if you are not tall.

The flight was cancelled and I was re-routed via an inconvenient routing proposed.

The entire trip from providenciales to London Heathrow I recieved no meal or snack , there was some sort of issue with British Airways catering services which was unfortunate for the Airline but even more for the customers , I felt that with a 12 hr flight predetermined there should've been a contingency plan to follow , I was disappointed and upset about the situation and feel as if there should have been an offer of compensation , especially given the fact that the airline staff knew and made the announcement of the unfortunate situation. I hope that I never have to relive this again and for a better future flight experience.
