I don't know other staff but the guy who checked me in was completely non friendly. Did not greet even. Looks like he is not the man for this job. In flight crew was good but they were all messed up with the delivery of special meal. Looks like they were delivering special meal for the first time. Gifts for Umrah travelers were distributed to few travellers as they ran out of back packs. Even in soft drinks coke was not available. Totally understand satisfied.
It was an amazing experience. Flight crew's service, hospitality, and the food were phenomenal. I don't think I'd want to try any other airline company after this. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Turkish Airlines !

Requested food items were always finished but the available food was warm and tasted good Good entertainment options.
They can my date of travel and let me standard in Istanbul for three days stop over and only pay for one day in a hotel with only one breakfast for three days.
My wife and 7 months old baby had a terrible experience traveling, we paid extra for bassinet they didn’t provided.she missed her flight due to late landing of the flight, they were unsupportive to my family due to that my wife and kid suffered a lot.
All was fine , but air conditioning was not working on board properly so was very hot
The airplane from IAD to Istanbul was too old. The chairs were to tight and uncomfortable. I continued my travel from Istanbul to Bangkok. This airplane was better and newer than the first one. Even food was better.
My flight from Washington, DC to Istanbul was close to excellent. However, my Turkish flight from Istanbul to Johannesburg South Africa was outrageously horrible. The flight was delayed three times and we did not get proper notification of the delays. We then missed our connecting flight in Johannesburg and right now we are struggling to get reimbursement for the overnight hotel cost that we had to then incur in Johannesburg and the new flight tickets that we had to purchase as a result of delays
