I ordered short ribs for main course. It tasted sweet, really sweet. Horrible.
Dreadfully long wait for bags at Dublin coming off an already late flight.
Not good. First time flying AA in years and won’t be doing so again. We departed late and missed our connecting flight to Barcelona. As a result we missed the first two days of a Mediterranean cruise. No reason given for the delay. Got rerouted from JFK to Heathrow and then to Barcelona. Flight to Heathrow was delayed causing us to miss the flight to Barcelona again. Routed then to Palmero where we had to purchase transportation and a 2 night hotel stay to pick up the cruise there. Probably cost us $2k plus.
When i booked my flight, my ticket shows that i have 2 pieces of luggage allowance. Once i got into the check in, i was informed that i needed to pay extra for my two suitcases, and was put into a very precarious situation, I had to pay close to £200 for my two suitcases and these were not extra burgages, I felt extremely disappointed. In case i never had the kind of money, it meant that i would have missed my flight
Flight Attendant Karen Lynn was an absolute delight. She assisted in every portion of the services provided throughout the flight, aided with any and all concerns expressed by passengers, and even helped comfort an upset child who was one of five of a traveling family. This quality of service is what keeps me coming back to American. Thank you!
Flight was delayed and there was boarding pass and flight information errors resulting in confusion and stress
Terrible. A 6 hour delay and no one could be bothered to communicate or help change routes to avoid unnecessary delays and frustration
I love travelling with British airways because everything is supper goog
1. Missed to deliver bags at Destination 2. no coordination at Layover for flight connection for wheel chair , could have missed flights 3. Customer service agents are not honest , talk with attitude and do not provide correct information about baggage policy
Aer Lingus was the actual airline so they handled everything professionally.
