Enjoyable flight, helpful crew everything was organized to accommodate passengers.

Dreadfully long wait for bags at Dublin coming off an already late flight.

When i booked my flight, my ticket shows that i have 2 pieces of luggage allowance. Once i got into the check in, i was informed that i needed to pay extra for my two suitcases, and was put into a very precarious situation, I had to pay close to £200 for my two suitcases and these were not extra burgages, I felt extremely disappointed. In case i never had the kind of money, it meant that i would have missed my flight

Flight Attendant Karen Lynn was an absolute delight. She assisted in every portion of the services provided throughout the flight, aided with any and all concerns expressed by passengers, and even helped comfort an upset child who was one of five of a traveling family. This quality of service is what keeps me coming back to American. Thank you!

Flight was delayed and there was boarding pass and flight information errors resulting in confusion and stress

Terrible. A 6 hour delay and no one could be bothered to communicate or help change routes to avoid unnecessary delays and frustration

I love travelling with British airways because everything is supper goog

1. Missed to deliver bags at Destination 2. no coordination at Layover for flight connection for wheel chair , could have missed flights 3. Customer service agents are not honest , talk with attitude and do not provide correct information about baggage policy

Everything worked well. But nothing really stood out. BA is a reliable work horse for international travel. Moderately priced, reliable but not outstanding in any aspect. I will definitely use them again. The morning flights out of India a definite blessing.
