They lost my luggage on my way to Namibia (I was unable to review that flight as I was in the bush/off line) It took 3 days to get my bag and I had to pay $375.00 to have it transported to my location as it was over 100 Kilometers from that Airport and the local Airlink carrier would not got that far.

Worst airline in the world. They downgraded me from business class to economy with no compensation.

Charging for the internet in business is penny wise pound foolish. WIn €20 lose customer goodwill

Horrible, the plane is just old and junky...Filthy restroom, seat was as hard as rock. The food, mystery side dish, inedible..geez..just Horrible. Never flying BA again

They had us seating down for one hour just waiting on the plane

No WiFi. No food. 250 ml of water only drink option. No entertainment options. Extremely bare bones flight

I was unable to board this flight because of visa changes that I was not alerted about and I’ve been unable to contact Kayak to obtain a refund / credit anything.

The flight crew was kind, flexible, and accommodating. The seats on the plane were extremely uncomfortable.

I was in a bulkhead seat and my tray table wasn't level. Eating was difficult.

I love FRA - LCY route. So much better compared to the FRA - LHR route and the price differential is ZERO
