Boarding was slick and the plane left on time. Staff were all lovely.

Friendly crew, cabin clean & tidy and flight on time. Great experience

Good flight, friendly staff. Only a short one so no refreshments expected but they offered a glass of water which was welcome.

Seats too small. Really uncomfortable if neighbour is fat or simply selfish and invades your space.

Logan changed the schedule so I couldn’t use the hotel rooms we’d booked which were non refundable. £250 down the pan!!

Everything was fantastic. My trip was short and sweet. No problems. Just remember. My paid checked in was i belive 2 to 3 lbs overweight. I believe I could have been given a discretionary pass rather than paying or unpacking. Especially as flight was probably half full only. Thank you

I really enjoyed the good hot tea and biscuits. I loved the tartan plaid head-rests on each seat and the fact that there were all different. The crew’s uniforms are very sharp looking, too.

I booked this flight thru Kayak and then had to cancel within 24 hours of booking. They only refunded part of the fare, saying that was the usual practice. I was not pleased.

Everything! Not sure if there's really anything that could make it any better

Very quick trip from Southampton to Edinburgh Arrival a long way from baggage and up 3flights of stairs no lifts or escalators

I’ve always flew with Ryan, but never again I’ll always fly with easyJet

Whole way through - far more professional and slick than I expected

It was good; the only down side is that once you get to the airport everything is self service, there is no one assisting. I felt like I was working while I was on vacation during the check in process and dropping off the luggage. Really uncertain on what the airlines use payroll nowadays.

The food and so are to expensive and old . Crew whas not very friendly . Apparently some other passenger can just Push through the waiting people to board while almost punching me and a father with a child down the stairs. Its always something with easy jet . The seats of row 26 where lose . And for a guy of my size there is absolutely no leg room at all .

We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?

All around poor experience. Barely got on flight because it was ostensibly overbooked. Forced into checking a carryon bag with empty overhead compartments. Nickeled and dimed. Charged for coffee. Despicable.

I was disappointed there was a 40 minute delay to flight

Not great! Rude staff in London and the worse baggage reclaim I’ve ever seen. Great staff in flight but doubt I’ll fly with them again

3 hours delayed Don’t understand why when you have paid for ‘speedy boarding’ they call you forward to then make you stand fir another 20 minutes in a confined space before boarding the plane.

Nothing flight was on time, and we boarded and disembarked easily

Good was great. Some of the older crew were grumpy and not customer friendly.

They sat my 2 year old in the seat behind me, separate from myself and my 5 year-old daughter. When I asked them to fix it they told me to speak to the gate agent in London. When I asked in London they told me to talk to the cabin crew. Then a “Supervisor” stuck us in row 39 at the back of the plane when we were originally sitting in row 25/26. They ran out of food which was gross anyway, and the entertain didn’t work the first hour of the flight. Overall terrible experience.

Bag drop in Jersey was very long. British Airways could have had more people available to check bags.

the airline check in attendant made me check my carry on bag which was VERY small and contained medicine for both of my parents stating it was a full flight. Upon boarding there were several open seats and available compartments where my bag would have fit. DO NOT SELL tickets inclusive of a carry-on with the intention of REQUIRING people to check it.

I was transferred to an American Airlines flight. The boarding was late and unorganized. The seating was extremely tight and uncomfortable. Will not use AA again.

Ok we did get an upgrade and the flight was delayed 45 minutes BUT without any bias. The crew were excellent, friendly, efficient and verging on exuberant, they all were so happy to do their jobs. Food excellent and the new safety video is fun to watch.

Terrible - worst airline on the plant - flight delayed; misses connection - no effort to accommodate an alternative schedule. Had to fight for a food voucher. Put us up in a one star hotel that was an hour plus bus ride from the airport. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Awful. Flight delayed and we missed our long flight to Rome. It has been a nightmare and we have still not arrived. It was NOT a weather delay, just poor planning by AA

The people were great. Just a long delay due to tech issues with the plane. We missed our train so had to take a much more expensive one. Hopefully BA will reimburse us for the difference

Every part of the flight from PHL - LHR was perfect in every way!
