Nice aircraft. Good crew. Delayed departure from Houston, but arrived on time in London. Main thing I don’t like about flying BA is having to transit through security in London Heathrow. A major pain!

Not my definition of first class. No leg room and barely any recline. The food was good. The crew was great. The comfort for the price I paid for London to Cairo was highway robbery. The Wi-Fi didn't work for me either.

Bag drop in Jersey was very long. British Airways could have had more people available to check bags.

the boarding was a disaster, the departure was late, we missed the connection flight and we were told they don't care, after a few trips between support and personnel on the ground

The crew were professional and friendly. It was the most uncomfortable international flight I've ever flown. Crammed in passengers. No overhead space to put my bag. No leg room and unable to recline seat due to seats too close together so it upset passenger behind me! Upgrade price to get 2 inches of more space unreasonable.

BAD!!! due to delay I missed my connection in MEX, had to pay for hotel and new flight for next morning increasing my spent for $1,000 usd

They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.

Flight OK but they only loaded half of the checked bags on. This they only told us on arrival

There was a problem in the luggage because there were not porters

The passenger next to me was a large man who should have been required to buy 2 seats. He boarded early with people who needed extra time because he had to try and fit in the seat. He was actually partly on my seat and his leg into my space for my bag under the seat. It was a very cramped 8 hours
