The two employees working gate 54A on Christmas Day for flight #51 were incredibly rude to your customers during the boarding process. Their combination of condescending tone, barking at customers, shaming people who were accidentally lining up before their boarding group was called would have been unwelcome on any day, and was especially off-putting on a Christmas morning flight to Hawaii. Please train your employees in proper customer service etiquette. On the flight, you only provide drink service once (every other airline flying to Honolulu provides 2 drink services), and make customers order their own beverages. I went back to get a drink, before the "beverage service has been suspended/ended" announcement was made, and the flight attendant told me there were no more beverages available. That was totally fine with me. However, as I was turning to go back to my seat, he said "you had 5 hours to order a drink and you wait until now?" Rude, and completely uncalled for. I hope Alaska Airlines will take over employee training once the buyout is complete.

No where on my boarding pass or email confirmation did it say this flight was operated by Virgin. It says Alaskan Airlines. I waited in the wrong line for 30 mins and then was told to go to Virgin. It was stressful and I didn't have time to eat before a 5 hour flight.

Ended up with an empty seat next to me, so that was great.. Drink service is okay.

Alaska’s entertainment is lacking compared to Delta.. Delta has free movies, and games.. All other airlines are playing catch up to Delta at the moment. Delta also makes 2 trips through with the drink cart, which is a bonus..

I had a wedding gift for my grandson and I had it wrapped in bubble wrap and it was broken the box it was in was like it had been open I was heart broken. Why aren't they more careful with luggage?

Alaska has more legroom in the regular coach seats than any airline I've flown before. The ability to watch movies and tv for free was awesome. I look forward to flying Alaska again.

Flight was on time

Overall, our experience was terrible. The crew people were rude and obnoxious. Before landing in Hawaii my grandfather stepped away to the restroom and when he returned he placed his hand in the seat in front of us to make his way to his seat and he cut his hand open because the seat was broken. The crew did very little to help us stop the bleeding and we're not the least concerned for his safety. I have yet to hear from the airline with a resolution.

There was a really great selection of free movies and other entertainment. The flight crew were also really kind and helpful.

Being on an airplane is never great in general, but flying with a great crew on an airline that tries to make sure it's paying customers are comfortable and happy is.
