Find cheap flights from Santo Domingo to San Juan

at the time for boarding the lady just call Group A and no other goups and everybody from A to F go inside without the right turn,and when we get in theres no more spsce for carry on , the ones that get in at not correct group from the back occupy our space !!!!! a mess !!!!

The boarding and flight were ok, but there were several painful issues. The flight was 3:20 in the air and almost four hours door to door, but they only had snack packs on the plane. They really need to have food on longer flights or make it clear to everyone that they won’t have food. They also advertise free WiFi, but it did not work for 90% of this flight. Again, almost four hours door to door. If I had known I was flying spirit for JetBlue prices then I would have planned differently.

I think the food / snack service was very poor. tehy could have done better. Evrything else was great

No wifi, not even while close to the continental US or Puerto Rico, no entertainment whatsoever (TVs not working). Totally disappointing.

Wifi screens were great. Both flights were delayed, spending all day flying home and then getting home at 3am ruins the next day also.

Boarding and take off from airport was on time. The crew and pilot were great!

There was no wifi, there was no usb charger on the planes Frontier lowered the weight limit on suitcases from 50 to 40 pounds Frontier now charges for a seat...really? If i don't pay for a basic seat, do i stand the whole flight? Frontier now charges for the carry on, just like for the checked suitcase The bundle pricing is way over priced.

I am HIGHLY unhappy with the amount of money I spent on the flight. Paid in advance only to find the flight at a discount price a week or so before the flight. I will not fly frontier again and have bad mouthed your business since to anyone I have spoken with about flying (which has been many a people). Crew was mediocre and instead of moving me to a spot where I could gain some leg room they sat their flight attendant there. Won’t be flying frontier in the future.

They changed my flight and did not want to accommodate me or try to help me in any way. They do not care about their customers.

Plane was clean but they do not allow bag drop until 1 hour before flight. Just encouraging late fees and other issues. The worst I have experienced. Total hostage situation, pay or you miss your flight.

Our flight was on time and unremarkable which I'm grateful for, as it is not the norm traveling these days. Frontier is a low-cost carrier and it really shows when compared to other "normal" carriers. They don't even give you water during the flight. The coach seats are decent, however it was not as clean as it should be. We had crumbs all over the floor by our seats.

Excellent crew. WE all know Frontier its a low cost airline but the travel time was about 30 minutes and the crew was phenomenal. I was with a group of 10 more and we are enjoy our flight. The only issue was in SJU waiting for the luggage.

I was singled out for being a Latina flying solo and the attendants took me out of line to put my luggage in the personal item bin to see if it would fly. Keep In mind I had just flown with the same luggage with no problem not even 5 days ago. The tag was sticking out a bit and the attendant was belligerent about charging me $100. I could not refuse because I didn’t wanna cause a scene. But today I felt targeted and embarrassed. I went online and found out that this happens a lot with this airline and to many minority women.

For a busy travel season, everything was clearly marked, correct, and smooth. My favorite travel description is “UNEVENTFUL,” and this trip met the mark!

Flight had mayor delay. The onboarding took forever and was poorly conducted. AC was not in it was very warm in the plane.
