Cons: "Flight had group of youngsters who should not have been allowed on flight. They displayed rowdy behaviour and swore and gestures throughout flight. Staff did very little to try and stop them until other passengers started to complain."

Cons: "Service was not great. The baggage allowance was lower than other airlines, forcing us to repack before we checked our bags. Checking in online was mandatory-something that wasn’t very noticeable in the email when we had a million other trip details to attend to so we didn’t and ended up having to pay a fee to check in. Ridiculous. My wife and I were not seated together even though I booked both tickets together. The inexpensive upfront price of the flight is not worth it since they will trick you into paying in other ways."

Cons: "Was told at boarding gate for a visa check stamp requirement. Admittedly it was mentioned in a casual way in the boarding pass,but wasn't a border control requirement. The airline could have done it there. But was denied boarding, waited for 6 hours to catch next flight and further connections."

Cons: "We were late. Left standing for boarding out in the cold. The entire flight is spent with crew trying to sell you one thing or another. There is no break for peace. Buy these tickets buy these duty free items etc etc...seats are awful too!"

Pros: "The plane was comfortable and very clean. You could tell it was a newer aircraft. The crew was very polite."
Cons: "Charging a fee to check-in at the airport is ridiculous. Not every traveller has access to a computer/printer when they travel so that can be big hassel for customers. We didn't have to deal with this, but it could stress out other customers."

Also they wanted to charge us 15 quid each to print our boarding pass because the airports wifi wasn't working. This will be both my first and last experience with this company."

Pros: "If you pay for priority boarding you do expect to get first on the airplane But you go with everyone on the bus and since you got first you are among the last to board ...what the point to pay than?"

Pros: "The availability to go from Ireland and Scotland was very nice. The cost was cheap with an additional fee for everything else. I did purchase an extra bag at 20kg before. I also paid 5 GBP for priority seating. Your ticket is your phone or a print out. There is no entertainment, possibly with the exception of conversation. You could purchase limited food items."
Cons: "The plane numbers did not seem to correspond to the download. I had to check the screen by town and I was vaguely concerned I might have made a mistake. The gates changed twice. Or, they announced the wrong gate change the first time."

Once we got to the airport, we were bandied about from one desk to another, then told we would have to go spend money at a computer/printer station, or else pay 15 pounds."

Cons: "Boarding was like a cattle call--corralled into a small hot space, standing because there was no seating and waiting for over 1/2 hour to board. Seats were cramped. There was no food--unless you are accustomed to paying over $10 for an unhealthy snack. To call the safety card affixed to the back of the seat in front of me "entertainment" is a joke. You will not need to worry about my ever flying your airline again."

Birthday year started at 2000 and had to be scrolled back a couple of months at a time. Misunderstood adding luggage and had to pay 35 Pounds at a/p for 1 passengers bag. Hated the experience!"

Cons: "nickel & dimed entire process. Crew hates their lives so they yell at passengers. They would not allow you to lower your window shade at any point during the flight and would verbally assault you if you did."

Cons: "We followed all carryon size and weight guidelines and passenger carried on bags much larger and heavier than ours. Why did we bother?"
