We had to take the train to our next gate but had time to eat a meal. When to our next gate and asked employee about gate and got informed that gate had been changed so back on train to next gate. So thankful she was there and informed us of gate change. Because of the issue the boarding was slow but employees were there and busy helping all and keeping it organized.

Very pleasant and the flight felt like it went by quick

All flight entertainment is from your own device and there was an $8 charge to connect. also 1 drink and a small bag of pretzels was all that was given to us. other that that the seats were good and the flight itself was as expected.

It is very bad they do not give you money back

They lost our bag and it took them days to find it. Terrible communication and lots of lies about where it was. Their system hasn’t merged with Hawaiian yet they route people on shared flights with Hawaiian, creating an administrative nightmare.

Major flight delays, it was a 1.5-hour delay. The gate kept changing about 3 times in Seattle. very hectic and chaotic.

More leg room in back seats. Can you require people to smell good on planes? ha ha Staff was great! Plane was comfortable. I enjoyed the movies and TV. Smooth take off and landing.

The only problem was the time delay. Kudos to the counter agent in Seattle. Very helpful and gracious.

This flight was how a flight should be. The flight from Hawaii to Seattle was terrible

Customer service by Susan of Alaskan Air was outstanding. We missed our flight out of JFK. She got us rebooked the following day. Way to go Susan.

We boarded an hour and a half late because a coffee maker leaked in the plane. Then we had to wait for awhile to get off the plane because another plane was in our spot at the terminal. I had plans when I landed that I had to skip so it was pretty disappointing.

We moved from the international terminal to a new location. I think there are still some bugs to work out . We didn’t receive check in notification and had to scramble to find it but i think it will work out

Liked the crew. Seats were uncomfortable during the last few hours of the 11 hour flight. Better selection of movies .

The temperature on the plane was too cold and the food was not very good. Everything else was good.

The service was great and the crew was so friendly and attentive!

Flight attendants were friendlier than on previous flight from HNL-BOS

The flight crew made the trip pleasant considering they had to work in conditions similar to a sardine can.
