Long wait for the stairs, the bus to disembark from the plane, and the shuttle to the terminal.

Almost as usual, half an hour take off dilay, on the other hand - the checked in baggage arrived as magic super quickly. By the way - why do you ask to rate the food and entertainment on flights without them? at least offer the option of "Not Relevant" or similar...
Not constantly changing the price DURING a booking. Felt like bait and switch.
All very smooth airside. Check-in counters were understaffed. The wait is too long. Only two, then three counters were open. Waiting time of 35 minutes is too long. Pls review your rota.

The flight was canceled at the last minute. Alternative flight was booked after 6 hours wait in Malaga airport.
They knew what the weather forcast was so should have put us through a tunnel we all got wet through getting on the plane so was cold all the way home also we were running around tge airport from gat to gate changed from 1 to other 45 minute walk each way people didnt know what was happening old people were ending up ill it was to much for them.

Taking the bus from the terminal to the plane isn't an easy experience, especially when traveling with an elderly person and have to carry the carry-on bags up the plane stairs.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AIRLINE. LOST LUGGAGE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER BOOK
They robbed me, filed a complaint and they ignored me
We missed our connection and they put us in a hotel our luggage didn't get rerouted with us so we arrived with no luggage
The crew was friendly, 5/5 stars. The food was better than ok, 3.5/5 stars. The seats were tight, 3/5 stars. The entertainment was 2/5 stars because of lack of WiFi.

There is nothing Royal about Royal Air Maroc. Old planes, poor service, no entertainment and not one of my 4 flights was on time.
Nothing. Everything, the service the delayed plane and communications to passengers, the boarding, the food access before flight, no aircon on the plane until high altitudes and super long wait for baggage claim with no direction on tv signs.
