I feel the service staff do not treat American customers well. I also feel there may be discrimination against minorities.
The connection time from the flight to Stockholm and the flight out of Stockholm was too short. Due to a knee injury, I almost missed the second flight. From deplaning at E5 to boarding at F69 takes more than 40 minutes.

I paid extra for our seats on the way coming back from Stockholm to New York the seats were changed and it was totally waved. This happened to three more passengers.

Boarding required going up and down the stairs with your carryon bags which wasn’t an issue for us but would be quite challenging for elderly people, or anyone with mobility issues.
Would be nice if the front toilets could be used by everyone.
Good and drinks could be better. My checked baggage was damaged
great.....plane was comfortable....crew thoughtful though a bit impersonal. Full plane might have accounted for that. I left my favorite scarf on plane when landing in SFO Thursday, 3:00 pm. wish I had a way to get it back. Otherwise....flight from Copenhagen was smooth, flight to Copenhagen was on older plane and not as comfortable.
Had no disruptions or delays. Did not order any food.
I liked almost everything (e.g. ease of booking, price, punctuality, efficiency, friendliness, courtesy). A slam landing in Dublin airport took some of the gloss off it, though. Being able to paste here the text of the review of the same flight that I just wrote for Ryanair would make me feel better about Kayak too.
Take off was great but landing is always with a bump.
Staff were very professional. Much better than the outgoing flight from Dublin. Seat cushions were practically non existent. Making for a very uncomfortable flight.
It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time
Flight was fine, crew were good, cabin director spoke far too much; disembarking at Dublin Airport and entry into the terminal building was just dreadful, like entering the back door of a neglected factory building. What an awful impression it must give to first time visitors to Ireland.
Worst experience ever. First time and last time with Ryanair. I'm not a cow.
Didn’t like anything about it we were delayed by 3 hours and sat on the plane when leaving Dublin. On the way back to Dublin we were kept in the plane on tarmac for 4.5 hours. This airline is a joke!
Delayed flight. Received notice from ryanair by email and via app but no such timely information available at airport from monitors or staff
Ryanair is always shite. Slowest boarding possible in the most uncomfortable way. It’s like they are are tad sadistic.
