budget airline, not a lot of amenities but perfectly priced for a 3.5hr flight. Crew/Pilots were great, communicative, and overall provided a great experience for the price point. Have flown with Norwegian when coming in/out of Norway for the past x10 years now!

Terrible communication about cancellation of flight. Put on a flight the day after our departure day even though there were seats the following day

Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again

I paid for my seat 💺 assignments for all for legs of my trip, SFO thru Copenhagen to Prague and back the same way. It cost 💲216.00 USD for all four seats. Despite this, on my return 2 flights, my prepaid seats were given away. When I spoke with the information services professional, she said she could not help me, nor provide an alternative seat equivalent or better than what I had. When I spoke with another representative, she was very rude, disrespectful, and did not help.
first of all, the grand person that I tried to upgrade to Business told me there were no seats available. I don't think she really knew how to use the system at all. They were lying to me then I went and sat at my assigned seat and I asked them again if they had seats in business class one of the hostesses proceeded to tell me now the flight is full. The flight was pretty full, but after we took off, there were at least 10 seats in business that they were not occupied so they lied to me basically and I'm really upset about that.
The Scandinavian flight was excellent, however the second flight was partnered with TAP Portugal which was not so good. crowded gate area with no chairs, delayed flight, bad boarding process, no entertainment system onboard, and the baggage didn’t get to the carousel until well over an hour which caused our taxi that was waiting to leave. Love SAS, hate TAP.
Only one choice for meal seats had no leg room

I paid extra for our seats on the way coming back from Stockholm to New York the seats were changed and it was totally waved. This happened to three more passengers.

The Recaro seats are stiff and have minimal padding. Quite uncomfortable for a 5.5 hour flight. The upfront seats and space are identical to the ones in the back. The upgrade was not worth it.
Painful seats for a 10 hour flight. There’s a very hard flat board in the seat that goes up to half the back and after 7 hours it gets impossible to find the right position to avoid the pain.
Rubbish moved my seat don’t know why same seat configuration cost me extra so me and my wife could sit together now I know why no paper ticket so they can do this

Passengers next to me insisted I change seats so they could sit together. I had to frequently move so that when the sear belt sign was on I was in my proper seat! I was returning from helping my mum with my dad's things after his sudden death and didn't feel like arguing with the other passengers.
Flying from Hamburg to Stansted was a nightmare if I have to be honest, the flight was due to leave at 15:50 and we ended up not taking off properly till 16:56. They really don’t have enough people doing the sorting of baggage where you get the sticker for your case before the security check, going through security was 10x more faster then the whole baggage situation.

Unnecessarily delayed and remarkably inefficient boarding contributed to a significantly delayed departure. Seats/legroom astonishingly uncomfortable even by Ryanair standards (minimal legroom plus reinforced plastic seat backs ensure you get punched hard in the knees every time the person in front moves, and as a 6-foot passenger I had nowhere else to put my legs. Upon late arrival at the gate in Luton we were kept waiting another 20 minutes before being allowed off the plane. Both Easyjet and Wizzair are currently a better bet.

The flight was excellent in World Travellor plus. Well worth the extra money. Boarding at Phoenix was the usual poorly organized event. Very stressful.
Although business class, the seating was really cramped. The food was so so.
Not only were the aircrafts spacious, but the crew was friendly and efficient. I was so gracious for the included meals on the longer flight (8+ hours).
Smooth trip no turbulence which is always a bonus for me lol! In cattle class so an element of being a bit squished (but not as bad as other shorter haul airlines) smaller plane than the one we flew out on and entertainment system wasn’t as modern but still definitely passed the time. Lovely crew x
The check-in baggage belt was broken (which is understandable) but what was surprising is they would check you in, give a baggage tag and then you have to drag the baggage to a different counter at the end of airport. No vegetarian option in in-flight meal. British Airways remains the worst big name airlines and always my last option while booking.

This was not only disheartening, it was extremely surprising given my wonderful Business Class experience with BA last year. I stepped off that flight genuinely hungry and had to make a mad dash to the lounge just to get a proper meal. London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze, Sara and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. Boarding and flight itself was smooth and temperature during the flight was perfect. It was just overall vibe for long distance flight, felt cheap ( comparing to KLM or TUI that I used recently). Entertainment out of date movies with poor picture quality, no games, flight map wasn't working
Basic, 737 Boeing, business class is just an economy class seat with blocked middle seat (European standard).
Entertainment is nonexistent. Food might have been good, however due to language barriers I didn’t get to have any food. Flat bed seats and layout was excellent. Crew efficient and straightforward, but lacking any western style approach. Not that I’d expect anything else, but one could have hoped.
Unorganized, late and they lost my bag for several days.
Flight took very long to even get checked in for, everything was late and written out by hand. My luggage was lost for several days and it was the most unorganized flight experience of my life.

They had lost my ticket and despite showing them the confirmation email with the itinerary and receipt of payment for the flight they could not put me on that flight and rescheduled departure postponing it by a whole week
