Boarding was good and efficient, however since this was a late flight I spent most of the time sleeping so can't express any further opinions

Flight was delayed due to air traffic control and technical issues - power outage happened several time during taxiing in Taipei causing further delay for urgent technical check.

The flight attendants were very helpful, efficient and courteous in helping everyone!

See previous answers. Also food options limited, entertainment difficult to use and did not work properly, lay flat bed is quite big but very hard and uncomfortable

They downgraded me from premium economy to regular economy and me had 2 major lay over and had to have an emergency landing due to engine failure mid flight Don’t use them worst experience I have ever had still dealing with the trauma

My connecting flight was canceled or never existed. My stopover went from 1 hour and a half to 10 hours. It was a long day that I wasn't prepared for and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Cathay is great though. Great staff, entertainment and food.

Great entertainment system, the seat is a bit old style needs refurbishment

Bad experience. Departure time delayed from 1610 to 1740. After the flight was pushed back, pilot said there was a technical issue on the aircraft and we couldn’t take off. Delayed another hour to solve it.

The coffee in Premium economy and economy is terrible. That's it. Everything else is great

Would have liked working outlets on the flight. The first meal was very bleh, the second meal was a lot better so overall okay meals

Maybe some more information as to why the flight got delayed I understand may be tell your customers that missiles were fired at a specific airport wouldn't be reassuring to the customers and would cause mayhem but something like recent events have cause a delay on your flight or smth

More leg space than other flights, but felt like *maybe* narrower seats?

The flight take time was changed 23 times. The system kept sending messages it will be earlier at 4am and eventually the flight was at 9am I didn’t sleep all night because of that

Crew was good, boarding mediocre, food choices were limited, seating was not comfortable

Etihad can improve the transfer in Abudabi gates instead of making people to climb the stairs.

The legs room was not enough at all. The seats are not comfortable enough for long journey but other than that it was very good
