We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

It was an amazing experience. Flight crew's service, hospitality, and the food were phenomenal. I don't think I'd want to try any other airline company after this. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Turkish Airlines !
it was great honestly for the melbourne flight a kit with blindfold and slippers was probided to each passenger on the seat and the food was really great will definitely recommend people take turkish airlines for travel not just on the sin-melbourne route.
They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second
Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.
I had issue with my boarding pass. When I arrived in London Gatwick Airport. My e-ticket wasn't scanning and had to do a lot of back and forth with Air Transit I order to board my flight, which I almost missed as a result of this.
Everything was good except that they didn’t give us seat for our connecting flight in Istanbul from Cairo. This created a panic situation. Hopefully they give all customers connecting flights seats right from the start.
The airline could improve its business class seats and privacy in line with its competitors.
The flight from Istanbul to Karachi was an old plane in which the seats don’t even come close to lying flat. It was uncomfortable - may as well have been economy, and a far cry from Qatar Airways that I’m used to. The food was mediocre and entertainment couldn’t even be used because there was zero privacy like in a normal business class, so it would feel as though everyone is watching the movie with you - which is awkward. I had to put my food tray out as a leg stopper to get into some sort of comfortable position to curl up and sleep, which is ridiculous. Unacceptable given the ticket still has a business class price tag.
First of all the luggage was not included when I booked it said it was included. And finally flight seat was broken and poor quality plane.
The passengers in business class were completely uncivilized and loud. Didn’t allow most people to relax and enjoy the flight. There must be a rule to keep people in check or they can loose their seats to economy.

Ok but not great. Boarding started significantly later without clear announcements about the delay etc. Onboard entertainment is outdated (old titles)
It was a good flight. But since this is long flight would be good to have a bit more entertainment on board, like, more movies, WiFi on board. I've enjoyed this flight in general.
Terrible experience top to bottom. Hope to never fly their airline ever again.
One of the worst airlines I have used. My recent flight was delayed taking off, but what was worse is that they allowed us through the gate, got on the bus to the plane to be told in that the plane would not make a the direct flight to London due to fuel shortage and it had to make a stop in another location to pick up fuel. Absolutely shocking!! Can't work out of the A320neo was just short range on that they literally did not have enough fuel at the airport to fuel the plane. Tashkent to London is not a long haul, I have done this before, so therefore I am going to assume it's the lack of fuel at the airport. Not the best staff, they all seem to just go with the flow, no organisation. No control, like herding sheep in a pen at the gate, same when getting off the plane. No control. Food was ok but staff were rude. Better to travel in and out of Tashkent using Turkish airline. I have booked my return flight but will cancel and accept the hit and 1 stop to ensure peace of mind with Turkish airline.
