Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served

This flight was on time but since I missed the connecting flight I didn’t get my seat upgraded I paid for

Layover time was not sufficient as the gate was too far, I had to literally run and was out of my breath. This was main drawback. The crew was wonderful and so is their service. I loved interacting with them.

in athens they helped me with my dogs and they solved all my issues excellent service outstanding

Flight was late arriving. So, we left 25 min late. Pilot made some time up during the flight. Therefore, we arrived alittle past original time.
