Cons: Incredible long walk passengers should be told when you have such a distance to walk. Passport sign in is not very user friendly should be a better scanner and easier questions they are confusing

Cons: I did not like how there kiosk worked because I didn't have access to a 6 digit confirmation number or they didn't give me an email todo online check in early.
Cons: 3 different delays. Sat on runway for over 3 hours in Toronto and then Newark. The one bathroom on the plane was full and started to overflow so we were sitting on runway for an hour and a half with no bathroom and could not get off.
Pros: Our flight attendant was same one from earlier flight so at least she knew what was going on. Things were handled very strangely on the ground after landing from Ottawa though with little info being provided to those waiting to board.
Cons: No info given to those waiting to board on what was happening, just "we will be boarding shortly". Due to two hour delay getting in from Ottawa and no information on when my Toronto flight would be leaving, I didn't get an opportunity to see if there was any actual food on this trip

Cons: Got boarding pass but no signs to differentiate Air Canada counters (US-bound, domestic, international). Went to wrong counter and had to run to right one Booked flight. When I checked bag, I got a standby with hope that I could get on flight. Fortunately, I was able to make it. If I had connecting flights, it would have been a nightmare Same boring old movies and TV - 2 broke girls episodes. Just drink, nothing else for morning flight. Something to eat? It is an international (Can-US) flight Slow unloading of luggage

Cons: Old plane, no entertainment in head rests, had to use iPad not the same movies to choose from. Seats were so uncomfortable.
Pros: Zee was our flight attendant and she was absolutely wonderful. Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take.

Pros: My flight was missed due to immigration taking almost 3 hours to get through the line. Delta went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get to my destination on a later flight as comfortable as possible.
Cons: Maybe not traveling through Atlanta if there is immigration clearance involved. I was really slow.

Cons: I'm only 5'10" and my knees were digging into chair in front of me. Also, we had everyone boarded about ten minutes early (which is awesome) and we were told we would leave a bit early, but then sat there for about 15 minutes and departed even later due to long line for take off.

Cons: The entertainment system. I started watching a movie but couldn’t finish. Once the movie stoped I could not restart it.
Cons: Missed connecting flight by 15 minutes because of mechanical issue with plane. United made the transition as painless as possible but still wanted to sleep in own bed last night!
