So so. Terrible aircraft choice for that leg of the flight.

Flight delayed for 2 hours due to a part. The plane sat waiting for boarding for a long time and during final preflight inspection the issue was found. Why not do the preflight inspection sooner if you know the plane is being used?

All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.

Textbook great flight. On-time departure and arrival, clean plane, good food, friendly flight attendants. Checked baggage delivered promptly.

Liked Seat space in Premium Plus Disliked delay, poor management of boarding groups, missed meal at landing.

The food was bad . I didn’t like it . And also my baggage was lost in my first stop

The flight was clean and on time, the crew were all very nice and we got the seats we booked. Plenty of food and beverages. The seats are too close so it’s very difficult to try and sleep comfortably.

Flight was canceled do to mechanical failure I lost my connection flight at to pay $2500.00 more to get 4 more tickets to fly to Ketchikan Alaska This was the worst experience I had flying. I thinks kayak should pay for my new ticket from Seattle to Ketchikan That may bring less pain from my trip Thanks Ilir

I'm a person with a visual disability and I felt safe traveling on United Airlines. The flight attendants were very attentive and checked in on me to make sure that i was accommodated well. I had a connecting flight in Chicago and I liked the ease of boarding on and off the plane. There was no issues at all. I'm very pleased with my flight experience.

Serving a coffr Or a Drink would have been nice.
