Cons: "There is no free beverage service, let alone snacks or meals. Some tickets do not allow you to pre-book a meal and there is no way to buy a hot meal even in a 12-hour flight.leg room is a bit small and carry on restrictions are getting lower all the time."

The staff was very inattentive, asked for wine before luch and after 30 mins the lunch came and i Asked about my drink and they said they gVe it to s else. As thing with tea after few hours, got the exact same reason from another gentlemen. It was a similar experience on my way to istanbul on sept 12th

As a pilot, i can tell you this can be avoided. Some of the crew were not friendly. Old movie library."

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
The seats are too cramped in that plane. If you’re above 1,80m consider alternatives or first class I guess… There were no emergency exits to seat somewhere with more legroom
Cons: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Cons: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"

My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed"

Very uncomfortable seats. Was shocked they were that bad in business class
Narrow, uncomfortable seats with metal structures under the seats that made it impossible to sit normally. You had to put your legs in oblique positions, causing pain in your spine and legs. This type of seats should only be allowed on short local flights of up to 2 hours, not on 10-hour intercontinental flights where you can hardly walk and go to the toilet due to lack of space. There is no question of short "walks" enabling circulation, due to lack of space. The plane's staff did not respond to calls and were engaged in long and loud conversations among themselves. They served only at assigned times to deliver meals. The entertainment system was not working properly and was hanging. The headphones didn't work properly either.
The ground crew in Munich did an unbelievable job of getting us to our connecting flight within a short time window their efforts were outstanding and our luggage even made the transfer within a 50 minute window!
Didn’t like nothing food was bad delay me in all flights
It never happened because my first connecting flight got cancelled which caused for me to miss this flight also.

Little space and no pad provide for lie flat seats in business, Movies were limited and grouping very strange.

Cons: "It was so cold on the plane with most people including grown men with blankets wrapped up to their neck! I understand the crew moves a lot so want it cold but maybe there’s a happy medium? The cold snack sandwich with cheese and spread of some sort was awful. The main meal was better but not as good as some others I’ve had."

Cons: "It could have been the perfect trip, but I am not sure why SAS baggage handling is so mediocre. In both the flights from EWR to OSLO and back, every aspect of the trip was super, except for the wait for baggage. In Oslo, I estimate having waited at least a half an hour at the carousel before the bags started showing up, and the same in Newark. We had long cleared Immigration, which normally is not a speedy process, and yet still had to wait at least 20 minutes for the FIRST bag to appear on the carousel. Most annoying, particularly after a relatively long flight, and especially for transfer passengers who needed to recheck their bags to continue to other destinations."
