Apart from the delay, it was very good. Crew were great and the plane was great - looked like a newer one.
Generally excellent but a couple of areas could be improved. After boarding we were delayed a full 20 mins whilst various ground crew, flight crew, captain faffed around counting and recounting passengers. Said discrepancy between computer and manual. All OK in the end. So why o why did it take 20 mins to find all OK? No sense of urgency shown Secondly the seat base is just not supportive/resilienfor a 4½ hour journey - backside really aching by journey end.
The staff are just so friendly travelling alone was a bit scary but they made me feel comfortable and nothing was to much bother I loved how one of the girls was talking to the old ladies she really took time thank you jet2 shame I can’t get home with u guys 🥲
On time flight. Reasonable comfortable but a bit cramped. Excellent jet 2 staff as usual.

All was good but they should bring back seat pockets. It’s difficult trying to travel with small children and keep having to get stuff out of flight bag and then have nowhere to put it!
The flight was okay, seats slightly more comfortable than Easy jet, but wouldn’t want to fly much more than 3.5 hours in those seats, hard and uncomfortable for further journeys. Boarding was okay, never eat or drink on Eco airlines, food not good and expensive for what you get. But it is what it is, and for the price one can not really complain.
2hrs delay on both ways Captain has to change his mind on landing in Birmingham airport and being forced to escalate and fly again, bit scary

The flight never took off because two naughty kids, Donnie and Bibi, did a silly thing. Started a war.
I wasn't able to check in before because I had no internet on a long ride over and I had to pay Euro 50 all together I paid an extra Euro 200 on top of the original flight because I had suitcase and carry on and I wasn't able to check in online before And the end it ends up being more expensive flight than a regular carrier You don't save money and the plane is less comfortable
Surprisingly, a very good flight. No wonder that Wizz flights are always full.
The behavior of the front desk and lack of explanation of hidden fees and prices in emails send pre-flight marred things up. 1 star

One hour delay, landed at midnight, my hotel did not accept late check in after midnight. I had to pay for another accomodation last minute after I landed. Wizzair customer support did not reply when I asked for alternative accomodation. Very poor experience overall.
Flight was two hours delayed then instead of flying to Gatwick we got diverted to Southend airport! Then they cancelled our flight and we all got told we had to get off the plane and make our own way to wherever we had to go? EasyJet just abandoned us, no help and as a tourist not knowing even where I was? Disgusting behaviour from the company!!
I’ve always flew with Ryan, but never again I’ll always fly with easyJet
There was no useful information given regarding the flight back to the UK from Tenerife. This despite the week publicised problems around the EES system and the delays caused to boarding. This aspect of the customer experience could have been much better.
Fast boarding, smooth takeoff and landing. plenty of space in seats. Excellent air-conditioning on a hot day. Perfect experience

Sitting on the last row in between the aisle and a massive person, all people going to the bathroom bumped into me including the flight attendants.
The best budget airline in Europe. Flight was on time, crew friendly and worked hard during flight and were able to meet our needs. Only downside (not the airline's fault), there were no rear steps.
It was transportation nothing more. I will give a positive rating over Ryanair. We missed our Ryanair flight the night before and received rude and unconcerned treatment from the Ryanair customer service. It was late. We were very tired and stressed after doing our best to get to the airport. The so called customer service ladies were completely unconcerned from the start. Aside from that, the flight to London seemed to be their opportunity for advertising. No time to relax as attendants were constantly in the aisle selling. I will never fly Ryanair again!!
Boarding could be better. To get through your gate but to be stood in a corridor for 20 minutes is not great.
Would not advise EasyJet for a 5 hour flight…small plane and hence a lot of turbulence. No inflight entertainment so struggle to pass time in cramped seats. We also fell victim to extra charge for our cabin bags, although bag dimensions were ok, but the handle was rigid and slightly fell outside their testing cage!!….never again will we fly with this airline and be party to their scams for making money!
I am vegan, and the food was not what I expected it to be One meal was good, but the rest of the things were not very satisfying… I was disappointed in the food The flight itself was very smooth and everybody was very very nice… The boarding was very good
Very poor. The boarding was nightmare, We were stuck in line for almost an hour with no updates. The flight left 40 minutes late with NO information why. The entertainment system did not work and the seats in the back were not working properly (reclining)
The toilets are very small for a long trip like this. There is no space whatsoever. Totally unusable,
We upgraded to premium economy and it made a difference in a 12 hr flight. I didn’t like that we had to deplane in the tarmac with our carryon luggage. Other than that, it was ok.
At least it was a direct flight, however the boarding process was a nightmare. 2+ hours in line to check my bag. Then told it was overbooked and I have to go standby even though I bought my ticket months ago. Then sent to another line to get on standby - another long wait and finally started yelling that my flight was boarding. They sent me somewhere else. In the end I did make the flight - among the last group to board, even though I arrived 4 hours early at the airport. Worst check in process I've ever experienced in 50 years off flying.
Two of my four flights had issues with toilets either NOT fully operational or completely out of order. Boarding was a joke because they have NOT established who is running the show. In the end, she did a terrible job. The seats 💺 were loose goose and the drinks and snacks were limiting in choices. Also, following Alitalia as an inspiration was strange since they went out of business.
Paid for a seat I didn’t get. Flight attendant said they would “report “ the problem. Food terrible. No service unless requested. Plane filthy. Seats falling apart. Broken footrest. Bathroom toilet held in place with tape. No gate announcements though delayed 2 hours. Is that enough?
I don't like anything in this flight the food was bad the service was bad the flight was old and not connected to the screen no intertainments at all and it was long trip was bad intertainments the crew not helping
Seats weren’t comfortable. Both of our seat backs were either almost straight vertical or laying back into the laps of the people behind us, which is a weird angle to try to get some sleep even on a plane. No in between. Also, neither seat would spring forward like they should.

I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.
Those seats were very comfortable. Nice leg room and food was great 👍
because the previous flight operated by BA was delayed, when arrived to the gate, I was surprised that I was taken out of this flight and they rebook me but with a different seat

We arrived at 430a for our flight. We only had carry on so we were sent to security. The BA person was tagging all carryon in case a shortage of bin space. We were on the plane like 20th and told we had to check carryon because it had a tag. Unexpected and unnecessary
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
