Flight LH760 from Germany to New Delhi, the food was excellent, the crew was fantastic, the seats in economy are usually tight these days, so I can say that the seats were Ok, the entertainment was OK because for some reason the sound is not very clear, overall I enjoyed this flight, compared to the flight (UA 962) I took with united from San Francisco to Frankfurt in this trip, that flight was horrible. Thank you Lufthansa.

The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.
The crew was exceptionally polite and caring. The plane was comfortable. Great experience. Will fly more on Air India because of this experience.
The entertainment screens need to be updated. Very difficult to navigate through with old equipment.
The plane was very clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The land crew were very polite and informative and helpful. They informed me that there is a long way and challenging to go from international terminal to national terminal and in addition to getting my suitcases and going through customs and dropping them again for my second leg of trip which was San Francisco to Los Angeles . I have left knee issue and had a recent fall with aching muscles all over, the land crew suggested wheelchair help for me, God bless her. If I did not have help, I could not make it to my last terminal. Thank you UNITED AIRLINE!
The airport crew and flight crew did a great job rearranging the gate at the last minute and got us to Munich on time
The flight was cancelled due to tech problem with the plane
I've yet to be on an Air Dolomiti flight that hasn't been delayed, but other than that I've really enjoyed flying with them
The flight was delayed but I was still able to board the connecting flight in Munich.
Flight was an hour+ late leaving Munich. We even missed a rescheduled flight from Chicago to Kansas City. Lufthansa was responsive in providing motel and meals.
Great crew, newer plane, boarding was very disorganized, I still don’t understand why airline keep boarding front to back for coach instead of back to front
Paid for a seat I didn’t get. Flight attendant said they would “report “ the problem. Food terrible. No service unless requested. Plane filthy. Seats falling apart. Broken footrest. Bathroom toilet held in place with tape. No gate announcements though delayed 2 hours. Is that enough?
I don't like anything in this flight the food was bad the service was bad the flight was old and not connected to the screen no intertainments at all and it was long trip was bad intertainments the crew not helping
The flight was great. I don’t know about the food because I was asleep and they didn’t leave me any.

You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
Premium Economy was average for class. Seat comfort was just okay. Crew was attentive. Checkin was fine and moved quickly. Boarding process in Rome was not well organized.
It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .
