I paid for priority (2 bags) and because I had 2 backpacks the boarding crew jumped to the conclusion that I had a non-priority ticket and had one bag too many. The person who spoke to me was quite rude and told me to leave the line without looking at my boarding pass that I was trying to show him. I queued to have my bag sizes checked - neither of them are oversized, in fact, either of them can fit under the seat in front of me but I paid for priority because I wanted to bring two. In the end, the same person had to speak to me and then said "you have two bags" to which I replied I had paid for them and when he checked my boarding pass he did not even apologize for the trouble.

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.

The staff were very helpful with getting the wheelchair for me and bringing my carryon down the stairs from the plane.

It was raining and we got all soaked because the staircases didn’t had a roof

The system of checkin by online only not good at all.. Because not everyone knows how to to do it and when the people go the airport without checking online it charge him, this really unfair 55 Euro this too much for nothing.. Thanks

O voo atrasou um bom bocado A tripulação não era comunicativa,não fez vendas... Não abordava os passageiros... A 1°vez que me acontece tal coisa 🤷‍♀️

We each paid for 10kg checked in luggage. Flying out there were no issues sharing one case (20kg). Not so coming back. Additional £48 charge and unable to provide an explanation of why it was ok on one journey but not the other, or indeed what material difference it makes between 2x10kg cases vs 1x20kg case. Scam, and appalling from Ryanair.
