Flight was late but loading plane was much easier in Istanbul than athens. Food was so-so and choice was limited. Flight attendants were extremely courteous and helpful; however, it was difficult to get attention during night time service. Overall good experience and the price was right

The seats seems abit small and the reclining is too much, the seat in front of me came back too much and made it uncomfortable for me.

One of the worst days of my in Istanbul very disrespect people they changed my flight 2 times I miss one of my flight from Istanbul to DFW they forsed me to buy another ticket they do not care about customer they take advantage of you. Istanbul to Lahore flight was less than standard for international business class cabins. Seat did not were not flat and it did not operate easily. I had to push buttons hard repeatedly to operate the seat. I was in 5A seat

Our flight was canceled with no rebooking offered. We are still waiting for a refund and had to book a very expensive flight to return to Toronto without any compensation or help from Turkish or flight hub. Extremely poor service during a time of crisis, speaks volumes about the type of airline and flight hub as a disaster of a company with zero accountability

Very Bad experience bqz I was missed my next flight.

Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.
