Cons: "Flight from Istanbul to Delhi was nightmare. It was like a local flight. Nothing called as comfort was there. I had to pay my own $ for alcohol and some snacks and 1 extra burger."

Cons: "Ground crew was very poor at communication, no one warned us we would need a visa; we spent hours and hours queuing for what could have been sorted out in advance. Communication was terrible. The flight was delayed due to Pakistan closing air space. Turkish rescheduled but no real help in Istanbul."

Pros: "The full recline seats were really good and comfy. I could sleep on my side which is what I prefer. Good food and excellent service"

Cons: "Arrived at istanbul airport (Atatürk) at 7am , transit 14 hours, then next flight at 9 pm , I asked tukish airline information if i can get hotel, thay answer in politely way thay cannot provide me a hotel room I flight too many times with another airways whenever i have more than 8 hours thay provide me a hotel"

Cons: "Pitch of the seat is bad for tall passengers at only 31" and on older aircraft the touchscreen is atrocious."

Pros: "Thr A330 has 32" pitch which was ok. The 2-4-2 seating made this less of an issue. Food was ok. Screens are decent and responsive."
Cons: "It's 32" for a 10 hour flight. Not really comfortable and enjoyable, and a squeeze throughout."

Cons: "The food - I always have a v-meal - is sadly inadequate. Not enough of it, and very unimaginative. And they always supply the same thing, unless I was just unlucky to have the same thing three times in a row. Boarding was chaotic - a full flight crammed into a departure lounge with far too few seats. There were many families trying to board and the staff could barely cope."

Pros: "The crew were generally hospitable and courteous though not well informed. The entertainment choices were varied and enough. The meals were warm. Turbulence was well managed by crew and pilot. The toilets were clean."
Cons: "Flight was late, leaving less time to board connecting flight. The blanket was too small. The food and wine were below standards. The leg rests were absent and not enough room to spread legs. The basket in front too narrow and tight to put in anything. The charging unit for computer/mobile did not function. No clear instructions or help to board next connecting flight either through system or crew."

Pros: "I didn’t like anything. Or maybe the only thing I liked is getting to my destination so I don’t have to be flown by that terrible airline anymore."
Cons: "The fact that Turkish airline clearly is too stingy to take proper care of their passengers. You don’t provide accommodation when people get a stopover which is disgusting considering it is an airline that is supposed to represent a developed country. This cancels out anything you feel is a plus about the airline. This needs to be sorted out."

Cons: "Long overnight flight in Economy Class, little legroom. As I am larger than average and find it hard to sleep on flights, the cramped conditions were extremely uncomfortable"

Cons: "No matter the airlines, all passengers going through immigration wait in long lines, no ropes but rather a big free for all. Push and shove."

Pros: "Infinitely superior to BA on the London to Istanbul route , in economy but especially so in business. Great entertainment whilst BA have non. Also full service meals in economy whereas BA make you pay on boatd"

Cons: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Pros: "Business class cabin in the 777 was really spacious. Flight wasn’t full so I also had two seats to myself. Onboard chef was a beautiful touch and food was also delicious. Seats comfortable and IFE good."
Cons: "Heathrow T2 Business class checkin wasn’t clearly signed from entrance. If someone was next to me I would not have enjoyed not having aisle access. Water should be served more regularly without having to ask."
