Cons: "Boarding at Bali Airport is chaotic. This can hardly be attributed to Qatar Airways but this needs to be sorted out. When boarding began, it started with "Group 1" rather than business and other priority customers. It ended up rather chaotic with boarding halted at the end of the escalator causing a very uncomfortable situation as people struggled to get off the escalator."

Seats are comfy and spacious, much wider than Emirates in the same class (who offer only an extra 1/2 inch width over economy). Amenity kit a quality piece that is both practical and useful."

Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. Of course, officially there was no delay as departure was still on schedule - but “departure” just means everyone is boarded and plane door is shut, you could still be sitting on an empty stand on the tarmac for two+ hours. Border nazis manning passport desk for entire south terminal, there must have been at least 700 people queueing. Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Cons: "I didn't like the 2 hour delay to my schedule. Zero complimentary drinks or snacks to say sorry. Bumpy ride for two and half hours. Stuck on the tarmac at Gatwick for 40 minutes."

Cons: "1 hour delay on return journey on a packed flight, but at least that delay was in the airport and not sitting on a plane"

Cons: "Flight full takes longer time for boarding . But staff was nice and efficient . Lots of leg room comfortable chairs."

Cons: "At airport had line for baggage drop if had boarding passes. But, then only had one station open out of four or five. One person had problem I guess. Line didn't move for 10-15 minutes. VERY BAD!!"

Pros: "Crew were especially friendly and helpful. Very smooth sailing all the way. Just luck that it wasn't a full plane. Lots of pillows and blankets. Food was good."
Cons: "Audio for music wasn't the best. In fact, classic station had skips and drags. Volume inconsistent, although controls were responsive, especially for movie. Coach seats begin to feel like park benches after 5 hours."

Cons: "At check in desk , i have been told that the ticket is suspended and cancelled !! I asked why ? She replied : contact british airways !! I was waiting more than 45 minutes standing looking for a solution before i miss the flight , until finally , i called the customer service( 25 minutes waiting) in LOndon , where they explained to the boarding desk that they should check the credit card to release the ticket !!!!"
