Cons: I am an average-size person but even for me I found the seats were small and uncomfortable.

Pros: Great Food, good customer service, quick boarding/deplaning, and the return trip from MNL to TPE was almost top notch.

Cons: My entertainment screen was not working nor could the crew get it to work.

Cons: Taipei airport is too cold. Had to stay overnight on a layover. Ruined the experience.

Pros: Food was really good, staff was helpful and friendly and there was more legroom that I've often experienced. Also - flight was NOT packed - there was actually an empty mid-row seat!

Pros: The service and food are always fantastic. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ticket price was fantastic too!

Pros: As usual traveling with THY was perfect, all was OK. But pls when I buy THY tickets, it is mean that I want to travel with THY not with Anadolojet. Flight with Anadolojet Istanbul-Izmir was awful. The rest of the journey was awesome. Many thanks.

Cons: It was great but food could have been better. Process to get onto the flight at DXB was much longer and complicated than it needed to be. Huge airport and big distance between connecting flights.

Cons: Food on the menu was not available. Some of us did not get lunch and were being offered bread. Some flight attendants were impatient with pax and unwilling to help especially with regards to Wifi on board , others were impolite

Cons: I requested the meal a little later cause I was asleep... but she said not possible. I would e been ok with a cold meal a little later cause I wasn’t feeling well. Would’ve appreciated a little understanding.

Cons: Emirates Airlines need to really pay attention to the kind of people they hire. A lot of times you will run into nice people in their counters and desks, until you run into a massive a$$hole. In this airline it is very common to find quite a few individuals that need re-training and re-education on how to deal with customers.
