I don't know other staff but the guy who checked me in was completely non friendly. Did not greet even. Looks like he is not the man for this job. In flight crew was good but they were all messed up with the delivery of special meal. Looks like they were delivering special meal for the first time. Gifts for Umrah travelers were distributed to few travellers as they ran out of back packs. Even in soft drinks coke was not available. Totally understand satisfied.
Food could of been a bit more premium, but everything was excellent. LOVED the innovative boarding drinks and terrific service!

Staff friendly. Business class but issue with flat bed. Incoming Turkish flight delayed. Made connection due to fast buggy but luggage did not make it. Confusion at Delhi airport
With a 4 hour delay its was a very basic flight which was just bearable. We were offered food vouchers for the delay and then they didnt work, so that was annoying. Also poor communication about the delay which got pushed out 3 times.
Very good overall.... apart from the cost of extra check ed in luggage where they charge £17 per kg, and no option to just buy an extra bag allowance (at least on the route I took)
Very old plane on the Istanbul to Bangkok flight, had an emergency exit isle row, no where to put anything, on a plus point loads of leg room. Food was the best I have had in 39 years of flying.
Seemed like a cramped A321 config. Roasting hot cabin most of the flight. Wifi did not work. Lots of first time fliers, I think, who didn't know how to follow a seat assignment.
A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure
I found it okay. Did not think the food was that great. And the service could have been better. Seat was a little cramped. Delay getting to Istanbul made me rush all the way across the airport to get to the connection. This was a not good experience.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of airline,they destroyed my baby’s baby stroller,that cost more than 2000$,the seats in a 13 hour flight was broken,so I definitely not recommend that airline for other people

Damage lagguage, They lost the stroller and car seat which they found after 4 days, and on the way back they damaged the stroller.
My gag was left at liayad airport when I landed at jeddah airport 9 am I waited for my bags at jeddah airport till 2.45 pm almost 6 hrs bad very bad
Overall a great experience, no movies were available. Bags were delivered a bit late. Seat controls were not working well. I couldn't make my bed fully flat.
Flight was delayed, but there was no explanation why. Seats were comfortable and service was good. Food was good and there were more snacks than I expected.
Kuwait Airways is one of the airlines that has entered into competition with other carriers and has become distinguished in the quality of its services. However, it still requires further development, particularly in its digital services related to airport operations and in-flight entertainment. I believe that over the coming years, Kuwait Airways may reach a highly competitive level in terms of the services it provides.

Food is terrible, service is not good. Staff were not personable and rushed food service.
Boarding /lounge :Chaotic boarding , business /first class had a dedicated line but it was upto to the passenger to figure out and use those lines .Oasis lounge is clean but tiny so it felt over crowded . Neither the food nor amenities felt business/first class . Cabin and tech : 2-2-2 configuration needs to go . Leg space is cramped , headsets didn’t work . WIFI does exist or didn’t work on the entire 20 hour journey . Food and crew : Preordered “Hindu Non vegetarian” meal , crew was clueless , they didn’t even bother to ask if they weren’t sure what that meant . Served mediocre vegetarian food though menu had chicken /lamb options . In short , worst business class experience of all the airlines I flew to date . Not sure if there is one area they compete in let alone excel … avoid if you can .
Everything was good and no points to complain. Food is always a tricky concept. Sometimes you like it and sometimes you don’t. Food was redundant from Kuwait City to NY-JFK.
Seats were comfortable. Be aware there is no alcohol on this airline.
Everybody was so nice to treat me good all the workers When I came to Bangladesh there was just a little problem with the luggage but I got my luggage it took like two hours Other than that everything is good
Food quality should be upgrade. Plastic spoons looks like not good as well as food quality not up to the mark.
The crew was attentive and kind. The business class cabin wasn’t very full during the flight so the service was catered to your specific needs.
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!

because the previous flight operated by BA was delayed, when arrived to the gate, I was surprised that I was taken out of this flight and they rebook me but with a different seat
We arrived at 430a for our flight. We only had carry on so we were sent to security. The BA person was tagging all carryon in case a shortage of bin space. We were on the plane like 20th and told we had to check carryon because it had a tag. Unexpected and unnecessary
The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.
Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
Flight crew were really rude & unwilling to help. We were their last flight of the day & they made it very clear they just wanted to get the flight done & everything we were asking to purchase was an inconvenience. Really disappointed with BA

I resent being called a ‘guest’ of Pegasus airlines and then they refuse to give me water, because they want to sell it to me. Also, the baggage allowances are ridiculously stingy. I also resent the way staff are on the look out to catch passengers out. I would never dream of treating my ‘guests’ like Pegasus treats us.

The airport staff were some of the worst I've ever flown, and I fly at least 50x every year. From the staff at the gate, to the check in staff, to the ticketing sales staff. My experience in Instanbul was so bad Ill.never fly Pegasus again. They were incredibly rude, dismissive and not helpful whatsoever. This is the worst of the worst if you want to fly a budget airline I'd go elsewhere. The airplane seats are really uncomfortable and don't recline at all, you get charged for every single thing so in the end you will pay more flying with them. The crew on the plane were the only kind people we encountered with Pegasus.
Flight from London was delayed and we had to hurry up to catch the connecting flight to Riyadh

Cheap and cheerful. It’s a super cheap, no frills flight. Very professional and as it’s an A320 relatively spacious. Seats do not recline. Happy with the service. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain
