The seat and leg room is small on the 2 seated row. Otherwise, very good crew and service.
Entertainment sounds were not good. Otherwise everything else was good.
Business class seating in Swiss really is just Economy seating minus the middle passenger
No choice of food was given, and I was served leftovers, so they were returned back. the crew is unfriendly and harsh. Need to be trained on communication.
Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
The flight was very nice but the food selection for the people in the last rows was limited to vegetarian meals only. I think vegetarian meal should not be offered as a main selection.
Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles
They lost my luggage on December 30th. It is now January 3rd and i still don’t have it. I’ve called lost and found multiple times and they cannot provide an update. They keep saying one day and then it gets postponed again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. It’s infringing on my vacation. I have stressed how important it is for me to have my suitcase right away. It should have been resolved within 1-2 days.

Cancelled flight, wasn't refunded paid selected seats. Poor customer service. Called airline and they didn't realize the flight was cancelled until several hours after the email notice was sent.

I was unable to rebook a flight booked through cheap flights. Could not rebook, despite premium eco.
Since our earlier flight was delayed, we missed this flight and were rerouted on Lufthansa 2 days later.
Terrible customer service. The flight attendants were rude. We experienced significant turbulence for a large portion of the flight and there was very little check in from the flight deck. The space was extremely limited to the point where it felt like torture. Never again
I was surprised how good an American airline can be - I was really impressed.
Cut out the nickel and dime pricing for "seat selection" and baggage, To do this on an international flight is just mind boggling. Seriously, why treat customers this way??? Nobody wants these hidden extra fees and everybody hates them. Also plane was too warm and no air vent, and water dripped from the ceiling at one point,
1) SAS sent me emails that i could check in but that was just a waste of time because traveling to the us i actually had to check-in at the airport. 2) SAS evidently does not care about vegetarians as it does not offer regular veggie alternatives in the transcontinental flights.
Baggage was mis-handled; food and grocery items in the baggage were damaged.
