It’s a business class ticket but they didn’t give a lounge access
1 hour flight. No complaints. Some drinks would have been nice.
The flight from Abu Dabhi to Bangalore was terrible. The plane was an order model with no onboard entertainment. The beverage selection were very limited.

My baggage was not boarded and is still missing. I was only carring one piece of luggage and that is misplaced now I am stuck at mumbai without luggage. I had an onward journey from here
We booked a business class ticket via Underpricer. Somehow they screwed up our ticket from Abu Dhabi to Ahmedabad. We will be hesitant to book again with them.
I was charged $604 for a bag that weighed 17 kg. I was given three different prices until they landed on the most expensive one and didn't budge a penny. It's ironic and a bit enraging because the total cost of my ticket was $468. I've traveled the world and never experienced these kind of prices for only one piece of checked luggage.
One of your male flight attendant was pushy and a bit of a martinette. Completely unnecessary.

Seats too much and for the price we paid eve thought economy we still had to pay $169 to check a ba that’s ridiculous and also my daughter needed water so she can take her medicine we push the boton for the attendant to get us water they never came we push it 3 times no one came and ask what we needed . Am not happy with the service at all I will not fly with TK anymore
As a big guy the seats are way too small for me. Would prefer more comfortable seats on these long haul flights.
The staff at IST airport could have been more helpful. Too much wasted time and the plane from IST to KHI was just horrible. The plane was not clean and smelled bad!
Staff friendly. Business class but issue with flat bed. Incoming Turkish flight delayed. Made connection due to fast buggy but luggage did not make it. Confusion at Delhi airport

THE CONFORT OF THE SEATS AND THE WIDTH & PITCH OF THE SEATS ARE WAY MORE IMP. THAN FOOD THAT TK IS FOCUSING ON... The prices and many to choose from: Very unfriendly unprofessional and difficult staff and lacked English skills. Had the pleasure to go to Istanbul in 2022 but went on Jordan Airlines and found Turkey a wonderful place with kind people. The experience as a first time flyer on Turkish Airlines was so disappointing that received not to go into Turkey was so upset about this cruel treatment

I was sitting almost in the back, the seats are very tight and there’s no legroom, it’s uncomfortable for a long distance
Absolute worst airline. Charged us $720 to check 4 bags (2 of which were carry-on). Entertainment systems didnt work. And on a 12 hour flight they served 2 meals and never once came around outside of those 2 meals with a beverage or cup of water. Will never fly them again.
The best airline food being served for business travellers. Excellent food.
