Great location across from Faneuil Hall, just a couple of blocks from the water front, the North End and a T stop. I like the excellent morning coffee available for free in the lobby. The Keurig machine and K-cups in the room. The free daily newspapers in the lobby from four major newspapers. I liked the free late afternoon leomanade in the lobby. The restaurant has some excellent deals buck a shuck oysters from 4:30-:6:30 everyday. The $20 New England Lobster Meal that included; Corn on the cob, seafood chowder, a lobster and more. The restaurant had el fresco dining as well as a wall of windows on North Street right across from Faneuil Hall. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting. They even had a game section on the bookshelves for kids and families. The portico was very unique and mostly sheltered. The staff was very polite and helpful. The view from the rooms with the little balconies was a beautiful touch. The wall of windows in your room was wonderful. The late check out noon, the fact that they would store your bags in a locked room with a video monitor and would tagbyour bags they were holding like you were boarding a plane. Just a couple small things would be nice: more towel racks to hang towels in the bathroom and a refrigerator other than a completely full mini bar refrigerator with items for sale.
The hotel is very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful There was only Luke warm water in the shower and after walking around boston on a 10 degree night it really put a damper on our romantic get away !!
Within walking distance of everything in the north end which is most of what you would want to see in Boston. The accommodations were well worth the price.

The gym was a little small.
Valet guy. Drawing on room wall. N/A Front desk staff - rude, unhelpful, not knowledgeable. Literally acted like cared zero shits about your hotel and your guests. Upon check-in they seemed upset, acting like our arrival was imposing on their evening. It was raining and we requested an umbrella, which meant she had to leave the counter, this had her huffing and puffing. No greeting upon entry, ever. Not accommodating, whosoever. Just poor, poor service.
Excellent location Restaurant was late opening for breakfast and we had a medical appointment so we were on a tight schedule. Food and service was excellent, however.
location only one person behind the counter on june25th saturday at 3 o'clock. had to wait in line for twenty minutes even though i had booked on line!!. some people in front of me were trying to get a cheap room for the following monday!!!??? I wasn't told by the person at the counter that it didn't come with a continental breakfast the next morning and at over two hundred dollars , I felt that it should have ,so I had to find my way to whole foods for breakfast. Also, the ice machine on my floor was out of order, and I had to go to the 10th floor for ice The worst thing was that the two key cards for the room wouldn't work properly after several minutes o fighting with it!!!??? I have blood pressure problems and am a disabled vietnam veteran. I was hoping that it would have been a lot less stressful...... the faucet in the shower didn"t work properly....
Very friendly people at reception desk! Accommodating and caring people working the breakfast time the Saturday of the Boston Marathon weekend. Very expensive (~ 300/night) but most/all hotels are expensive in Boston it seems and it was marathon weekend.
The only thing that I liked about the hotel, is Price. You get what you pay for...
