Pros:Nothing- we waiting for an hour in line after our flights only to be told they didn't have a car for us and we had to uber or entire family to another budget accross town- so we did, the staff there was awful and rude - never again.Reviewed 2 Jul 2021

Pros:The staff at the location were helpful.Cons:When I reserved my rental, I requested the airport. The reservation was made away from the airport where I had to spend extra money to get to that location for pickup and dropoff.Reviewed 2 Jun 2021

Cons:You really need to choose a different company. They asked if we wanted to add on insurance, we said no. They charged us anyway. When I noticed, I called and they said they’d take care of it. Get to the car return, we were still billed and no one cared.Reviewed 1 May 2021

Pros:the experiance of renting was great.Cons:the price diffrence from airport to non airport location is disapointing i reserved a car for 435. but had to pay 735. so i would go back to enterprise car rental for better value for the money.Reviewed 29 Apr 2021

Pros:$800 for 5 days in an economy car. The pick-up was miles away. The car smelled like cigarettes. The waiting at the location took 40 mins. The guy at the counter was nice. Easirent was hands down, unanimously the worst experience I have had renting a car. Budget car rentals are a false economy. In the end, it was $300 more than enterprise or hertz with hidden fees and a terrible experience.Cons:Everything. The entire customer experience was awful from beginning to end.Reviewed 26 Apr 2021
