Fine , short leg space . Not yummy food . But its ok for a short trip ..
Liked the wifi onboard wifi facility. But most of the contents was not loading. Also improve the seating comfort. Atleast make it cushioning and slight slanting. Make a decent leg space.
Crew service and check in are very good Price still high .
Seats distance between each other are short but other things are ok .
Liked the treatment at the counter. Using the tunnel to get into the aircraft will be more convenient especially for wheel chairs.
Seat space was tight and uncomfortable. There was hardly any cushioning giving me a terrible tail bone ache. Getting and out was extremely cramped. We paid for seat choices and felt totally ripped off. Food was mediocre. By the time the servers served 2 or 3 rows they ran out of this or that option as we saw on the inbound trip also. This is infuriating. Entertainment choices were extremely limited for such a long haul. The screen froze on occasion and did not switch off when the on off button was pressed. When it did it came back on its own in 5 seconds. The airlines has gone downhill since last year.
I paid 44 $ for seat upgrade (22D) and my seat was stack in high position for all the 6 hours of flight. I don't recommend the upgrade. I am looking to get my upgrade payment back
1 hour flight. No complaints. Some drinks would have been nice.

Poor boarding with incorrect gate numbers. Poor service they told me to throw away brand new water bottles. Poor immigration officers most likely American who hates Muslims. Poor service in the plane with no Urdu language sign posted anywhere. Horrible seats with no comfort at all they think people traveling in economy are animals. Slow food and water services. Slow baggage arrival.
Etihad charged me for 2 check in bags. On Kayak search results price was showing 2 check in bags were included. Kayak need to reimburse me for these additional charges and metal agony and distress. Thanks.
Same problem place in the middle so small Im 1,85 m so not good 👍
Did not provided with option for class upgrade. Staff at gate was not able and willing to accommodate with class upgrade, eather with plenty empty spots in business and first class.
I would only consider flying with them if the flight is under two hours and the fare is extremely low. Otherwise, I would rather take two connections than fly with an airline that offers no service or comfort.
Compared to other carrier same level , it is expensive. When you add bagage and confort seat , it is way expensive to other carriers same category.
Good one except seats are very narrow, can not accommodate long legs .
Flight delay more then 40 minutes , boarding was very unorganized,online chk in was not easy at all .

Lied to and delayed - then staff ran out of flying hours. Lost 24 hours of our short holiday. Absolute shambles at the airport - No Wizz Air staff to support us.
Excellent flight although on the way back one of the attendants named alex was rude and the attnedents were arguing loudly among each other
We were waiting at the counter for over an hour. Then they moved all employees to the inside. At that time it was about one hour and 15 minutes to the flight. They left us without help. Flight departed 20 minutes earlier than published. I guess they sold our 3 seats to other customers and bumped us. We did not fly. No customer service no help no answer.....
They did not have my AA status (Platinum Pro) in my reservation. They don't accept KTN at Dulles so I could not go through TSA Pre - terrible....
I’m still stuck with no hope in sight. They haven’t even provide a hotel for keeping us for two nights.

Short handed at the check in counter. There was only one person and so many people waiting
Plane is old and dirty. My recliner wasn’t working and I was in business class. And my entertainment kept freezing up Plane needs serviced and better maintained. And you may need to teach the crew a little customer service.
Staff were rude! Chairs are incredibly small! Comfort was minimal and food wasn’t edible.
It was a very stressful trip for me and my husband, main reason for the discomfort, kids behind our seat kept kicking the seat behind , screaming all the time of the flight , the seat in front of us has a kid with autism and a young sister with the dad , a nonstop all the 12h hours flight screening jumping overhead, stuff in his hand almost dropped on us and we have to be on alert for any move, I do understand that there will be kids but the thing is no one of the staff even bother to came near the seat and find solution , I believe there has to be a way to seat family with kids ,I’m a person who travel long distance almost every year and I used to take mostly air Canada, Lufthansa,British airways. I figured to use Royal Jordanian this time but it looks it wasn’t the right choice for us and I hope we don’t have to deal the same on our way back.
