Find cheap flights from Abuja to Zurich

Plane and seats ok. Dinners going and coming back were not fantastic. Breakfast from Seattle to London fine with bagel, cheese and fried egg. Second meal on London to Seattle not my favorite of kind of pizza sauce in a pastry. Came with water about three different times on each of my long flights. Staff on all very friendly and helpful.

Flight Attendant Karen Lynn was an absolute delight. She assisted in every portion of the services provided throughout the flight, aided with any and all concerns expressed by passengers, and even helped comfort an upset child who was one of five of a traveling family. This quality of service is what keeps me coming back to American. Thank you!

Flight got diverted because of an emergency and the crew were fantastic and probably saved that passenger’s life. While in emergency landing some measures could have been taken to prevent additional delays. In general not great experience with BA. I used to fly BA years ago all the time, very disappointed by the whole experience, seats were tight, bathrooms tight.

I flew Club World and was SHOCKED at how totally absent the crew were for the duration of the flight. So much so that we received no drink service other than the post-departure cocktail and that was it. Wasn't even offered tea/coffee and the in-flight attention was so bad that literally minutes before landing the one crew member for our row was scrambling to pick up left-behind water bottles, glassware, trash. And the rest of the crew had already stowed all carts, he was cramming the trash into the lavatory trash can and was stashing the glassware frantically in the galley as we were on final approach. He was so scrambled he left two overhead lockers wide open (that he'd opened) for landing. Unbelievable!

More than 3 hours delayed. And they knew about it the night before already. I had a laugh when the captain said - don’t take out your frustration on the staff. Before take off Business class seats had very little space. My knees were digging into the seat in front

The front toilet was out of order - which resulted in a late departure from Gatwick and therefore arrival in Cagliari for the return leg - this was then compounded by ATC issues which resulted in our flight back arriving 2 hours 40 mins late. Frustratingly this was the same problem that had resulted in our outbound flight with BA being late the week before - and then the other two toilets went out of action at 30,000ft - also resulting an i delayed arrival.

Flight was on time. Boarding process was tedious. Not much overhead cabin space. Seats very close (front to back). Uneventful trip just the same.

Our first flight was cancelled. We later hear from London security that it is common for British airways. My wife’s return flight was delayed as well. Seems like there are operational issues with them. This makes me reconsider flying w them in the future.

I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.
