The seats were very nice in premium economy. The service was good. The flight was slightly bumpy. Would have appreciated more updates from the pilots.
Airline tickets are not cheap. You expect reliable competent service. Thanks to canceled flights and botched transfers we arrived at our destination two days late. This is not acceptable
Over 2.5 hour maintenance delay on first morning flight with no acknowledgement, compensation or even gesture of good will. Aircraft had overnighted at airport so issue should have been addressed prior to boarding. Over 3.5 hours before first slow and deliberate beverage service.
Referencing ANA'S service to Japan and the return on UA, the pillow was awful, the crew was not very attentive, and the food was bizarre and tasted okay. Whoever's idea it was to make vegetable tempera in a steam capsule should probably revisit that. Since it was the vegetarian option, it was my only choice.
Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.
Broken tray table. Erratic service. Premium economy is more economy than premium- other airlines treat PE much better. No lounge access.
Our flight from Nice to Newark ran an hour late, and the food was mediocre, but it was fine. The problem was that we were scheduled to have a 4.5-hour layover in Newark, but then our flight to RDU was almost four hours late, finally departing at almost 11:30 p.m. We understand that flight delays were caused by weather problems in the East. However, there were at least two times, when were told that we would begin boarding in just a few minutes, only to have the flight delayed another 1.0-1.5 hours. This meant that we would leave a restaurant or the United Club, go to the gate, only to learn that there would be another major delay. Poor planning and/or communication.
Seats very comfortable; service efficient and pleasant; flight was on-time; boarding organized.
My food prefer was confirmed by email 2x and still the crew claim they had no pre-order. I taken ill while in India so I needed to avoid Indian sauces and spices, so the problem with the preorder was unacceptable. Additionally, is there a new rule to automatically not to disturb passengers? I would like this as an option. Lastly, for breakfast I needed to avoid Indian and I’m allergic to eggs.. therefore the only option was pancakes and guess what was not available!!!
It was a really seamless flight and the entertainment selection was excellent.
Flight was delayed by two hours. This really messed things up because I missed my connecting flight in Addis. I had a meeting in Entebbe which was scrapped because my flight from Addis landed later in the day.

Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell significantly short of the standards I expected from your airline. I would like to highlight the following serious issues encountered during the journey: • Cabin Condition and Hygiene: The aircraft cabin was notably poorly maintained. The seating area was dirty, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the flight, which made the environment very uncomfortable for passengers. • Inadequate Service: The overall level of service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory and did not reflect a professional passenger experience. • Baggage Loss: Upon arrival, I was informed that my luggage was lost. This is particularly distressing as it has caused significant personal inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. As a frequent traveler, I value reliability and a clean cabin environment. I request that you investigate these matters immediately, provide an update on the status of my missing baggage, and outline how you intend to compensate for these failures in service. POSITIVES The hostesses were mostly pleasant, NEGATIVES The full flight wifi was horrible, hardly able to use it. My charger port was not working which made me use my neighbour's port which resulted in an accident which ruined her flight. During dinner, meat ran out when the cart got to us forcing us to eat vegetarian which was not great. We watched everyone around us eating meat. My wifi did not transfer to the second leg of my trip as they promised as they changed the plane. I was thrown off the window seat I booked for the 2nd leg of my journey as they changed planes, all done at my expense. This was not a cheap flight ($2600) which i hurriedly had to book to attend my mother's funeral who passed away suddenly. I was honestly disappointed with the whole saga as I heard Ethiopian Airlines was one of Africa's best.
The food was terrible and the seating was uncomfortable, but the airline did a great thing letting us board in Abbis Ababa on our connecting flight after our original flight was very delayed.
Delays delays making us miss or next connection to IAD hence having to stay additional 24 hrs in Addis Ababa
It was an old aircraft, stiff seats almost wooden chairs with thin cushions. Food was ok.
Lost suite case and pillow that’s used by senior and they didn’t leave it at the airport
Business class lounge for my gate was closed and no email was sent, causing me to walk back and forth to different gates, etc for over 20 minutes one way. Flight entertainment was mediocre with very poor choices especially for business class cabin. Original flight was cancelled and rebooking was difficult and no reason given for cancellation.
Departure was delayed leading to late arrival, 25 min wait for a gate. Basically, missed all our connections & had to be rebooted, which was a very long process.
I was downgraded from business class to economy class with no compensation. American Airlines is absolutely the worst airline for international travel. They treat their business class customers like dogs.

Charging for the internet in business is penny wise pound foolish. WIn €20 lose customer goodwill
Did not like the seating configuration at all with 2+3+2 in business class. Lacking total privacy and comfort
Excellent. The crew and flight were great. Checking in was easy and everyone was very helpful.
Plane was extremely delayed, but not all of it was BA fault (some was). Worst part was lack of room - this had as much space as an Allegiant flight. I thought transatlantic usually gave you an extra inch or two, but not this one. Entertainment system sporadically worked and didn’t have great options. Overhead bins are old and tiny, not as good as aunties new planes.
I was in a bulkhead seat and my tray table wasn't level. Eating was difficult.
