|Flights arrive in||Paris Charles de Gaulle|
|Flights depart from||Athens Eleftherios V.|
|Airlines||Air Serbia, Austrian Airlines|
Pros: Efficient boarding, friendly crew. Seats comfortable enough for an hour, but no longer.
Cons: I have never been on a flight where there were so many screaming infants, and so loudly. Air Serbia, like the other airlines, apparently can find nobody smart and creative enough to solve that problem.
Cons: They were very unpolite. They completely ignored multiple requests. I was ignored and not even asked get a drink (I just needed some water). They said they offer the food and drinks to others because they paid. Money wasn’t an issues. Besides I wasn’t even offered a drink neither asked for money. I found it really rude.
Pros: Quick and no fuss
Cons: No food and entertainment didn't work
Cons: Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable.
Pros: Departed and arrived on time despite boarding chaos.
Cons: What was that stuff they served us to eat?
Cons: 30min late arrival. Still was ok.
Pros: Clean, safe short flights
Cons: The 30 minute layover was close
Pros: We could walk around as needed. No restrictions. Free wine with meals!
Cons: Staff not friendly or offering of assistance.
Pros: Excellent crew, delicious Austrian wine, only a short flight so only some nibbles to eat which was fine.
Cons: Seat wasn't the best, quite hard on the middle back.
Pros: The Austrian Airlines crew was great, very courteous, very professional and friendly. The food service was also excellent.
Cons: My complaints go to something not directly linked to the flight crew. 1. When boarding, I like to see when passengers are called in groups relating to distant seats in the plane such that they do not step over each other during luggage placement. That is more comfortable than let the crowd enter randomly. 2. I notice people enter the cabin with 2, even 3 pieces of luggage. Even though each one has proper dimensions, they overload the overhead compartments and it is hard for everybody to place his/her belongings in a suitable way. 3. The rows in the airplane seems to have gotten closer ti each other. It is not the airlines fault, except perhaps when choosing whose airplanes to buy...but again, there are only two major contenders in that segment. For overseas flights, it is pretty uncomfy. 4. Lastly, unboarding the plane could also be performed (enforced by the crew) to be in a more civil fashion rather than haveing5 a stampedo - again calling separate grouos of rows in the name of fairness, or simply vacating it row by row from the front to back.
We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
