Pros: Quick flight
Pros: And i got it 2 days later. I had to buy a lot of items which were in my suitcase The returning of the suitcase was awfull. In tge end after many phone calls I received it On the 18/12 evening, 2 days after my landing

Pros: Time was excellent even considering a connection delay they had. Very polite crew members. Good entertainment options.
Cons: Cabin was crowded. Leg room was scarce, short seating space. Almost no room for sleeping if you're not a frequent economy traveler.

Cons: Overseas flight seats were tight going and coming, and being that long a flight you feel you are sitting on top of your neighbors. Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in.
Pros: Friendly agents . Speak very good English. Swiss airlines serves breakfast croissants and beverages for a short flight without a charge
Cons: The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it
Cons: Swiss does not know how to handle their own problems and hurt passengers in the process.
Pros: Crew was attentive and overall I enjoyed the flight

Pros: short peaceful ride. Not much food could be served.
Cons: Really bad boarding controll, contributing to grumpy patrons. Just poor management and efficiency created by the airlines with a last minute gate change, but in addition, the personnel were irratable and not well motivated or trained to manage the crowd.

Cons: Having arrived at the airport 2 hours ahead of the flight, there was a chaotic 1 hour wait to check in, with no queuing system and then an IT cock-up which closed the flight exactly 1 hour before departure, with passengers still in the queue. This left us rushing through the airport to the very furthest gate. Boarded 20 mins late, then the flight left 1 hour late. Very expensive ticket price too!

Pros: We traveled the same way back but with Air France instead, which was a joy. This aircraft was uncomfortable

Pros: On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency.
Cons: I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers.
