Really slow transfer after getting off the plane at Manchester, and lost luggage! Take the train, terrible experience on arrival

Because kayak scammed me with false advertisement saying 23kg was included but I ended up having to pay another £200

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.

I didn’t take that flight. My original flight was cancelled from Los Angeles. They rebooked me following day through Montreal My flight was LAX to YUL and YUL GVA

It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.

Gates were changed at Heathrow with nothing show on the board about 200 plus people needed to take a tram to another section of the terminal. At JFK airport, we had to wait 1 hour(!) on the tarmac after a 7 hour flight to get a gate to deboard!!

Flight was excellent, staff was great. My first time in first class and it was very relaxing and comfortable.

They are disorganized….show your flight info half an hour before take off, so you are running all over the place. Customer personnel are not helpful, and act like you are bothering them when you asked for assistance - very rude!!! My very first and last time flying with British airways… good thing we have other options.

There was no entertainment offered or expected, so please disregard my readings of that component. The flight was fantastic. Efficient boarding, takeoff, and even early arrival!

2 hour delay with very little information given. Horrible service by BA employees at Heathrow after we missed our connecting flight. Extremely disappointing experience!
