It will get you where you want to go. Power did not work on ether of the 2 planes but staff was lovely. Wood like to see a improvement to the food as the amount was small but the main issue is the food isn't tyed to the location your going to the airlines own culture. So that would have been nice. Staff was crazy nice and even helped me with a very tight connection
The flight was excellent, the crew was super friendly. The only complaint I have is, 3 of my zipper handles were broken and there were 2 massive scratches on the back of my bag
As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure

KLM remains a quality flag carrier airline which maintains its standards whilst all their competitors are lowering theirs.
Cabin crew professional, polite and friendly, boarding was seemless, but come on KLM surely you can do better than a pack of cheesy biscuits as an inflight snack
I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional
The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.
The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.
After boarding, the AC was shut off on the flight. At business class, I really could not breathe. I was absolutely dripping sweat. I was told by the FA that there was nothing they could do but I could stand by the door until departure. So, that's what I did. I was clearly in the way while the FAs were trying to do their work, but I had to be able to breathe. After that, of course, I had sweated up a lot so was very uncomfortable for the six hour flight.
British Airways canceled our original flight and rebooked us on Air Canada one day later. As a result, we lost one day of our Geneva trip and incurred financial losses for a prepaid hotel night and a day trip that we were unable to use.
Really good other than the seat assignment, stuck in the last rows with a tight connection
British airways was horrible. Our flights were affected by the wildfires and British airways told us they would be able to change our flights but it would cost us 1700$ to switch. We ended up finding a regional carrier to fly us out for 500 total. I was not impressed.
No frills flight poor leg room and plane was 30 min late
Comfort in premium economy is worth it for long hauls especially on the 787-9P Dreamliner with the modern updates. The food was okay. All 4 of us selected the same meal, 2 of us had very dry hard to cut chicken, the other 2 were tender and good. The sides/salad/dessert all very good as far as airline food goes. Crew were very attentive. Will be hard to ever go back to regular economy!
The flight attendants were efficient and helpful. The airplane had malfunctioning equipment. Again, as was the case with my previous British Air flights, the USB port did not work. This may seem like a small detail, but in this day and age, it is important to be able to have charged electronics in order to enjoy such a long flight. Please upgrade your cabins!
Crew was great! Food sub-bar, tepid & flavorless. No snack options on trans-atlantic flight. Premium Economy seats ok, leg rest wouldn’t stay in place.
Entertainment system did not function. USB ports did not function. Wi-Fi did not function. Terrible trifecta…
It was very good. The flight was delayed and people that were boarded needed to get off again but overall it was very good.
