Also the seats don't recline in plane, there is no internet or movies on board, and no snacks or drinks are provided complimentary despite taking off over an hour late for an international flight."

Cons: "Random seat allocation without additional payment, Split airport is small and cramped with lots of people sitting / lying on the floor due to lack of seats - they appear to be building a new terminal to upgrade this. Food / beverage options at Split poor with large queues and low quality. Flight delayed circa half an hour. Person behind me kept putting knee in my back whilst talking loudly to neighbours despite me asking him to refrain... Split airport process of bag drop then security then passport control did lead to repeated queueing though not for a huge amount of time. Suggests the systems are not quite as high tech as other airports. No entertainment applicable to this flight."

The flight was delayed by an hour and no real explanation or apology was offered. Terrible end to an incredible holiday."

Cons: "Checking in for an EasyJet flight is always challenging because I travel predominantly on Delta(Sky Team) or American Airlines(One World) and I am Diamond Medallion or Executive Platinum respectively. I am allowed 3 bags at 70 lbs, however I am aware that most European Airlines only allow 23 kilos. EasyJet has lowered their allowance to 20 kilos causing me to have to repack in th middle of check in and move items over to my carry on. It is just a big headache and really puts a damper on the travel mood especially for the price of the tickets. Additionally the seats did not recline."

I was given a hard time during check in regarding their sizes, i knew i had to check the 3rd bag and was charged 47 euros. Then when waiting to board, was asked if they could check my other 2 for free cuz they ran out of cabin space! Seriously? You made me pay 50$ to check 1, then want to check my other "approved" ones for free cuz you ran out of cabin space? Just spend the 50$ extra and book with a better organized airline"

Cons: "Easyjet evening flights are SYSTEMATICALLY late -- by up to 2 hours. I missed my train home from Rome FCO and lost the cost of the ticket. Boarding in London was chaotic. The walk to the gate was endless. On the plane, the staff moved my cabin bag without asking me, creating a moment of panic on arrival when I couldn't find it where I'd put it -- and then insisted they hadn't touched it. Altogether a terrible experience."

Pros: "Easy Jet did very well.20 minutes late leaving but made up most of the time on the flight. It was just a 2 hour flight so one does not expect to much but I have no complaints with Easy Jet"
Cons: "Gatwick like a THIRD WORLD airport. We arrived, walked off via an sir bridge but then directed via stairs back to the tarmac by the plane.We were put on one of those awful buses where we are crammed in like sardines all standing up. Waited for ages before it left and then had a long tour around the whole of Gatwick airport being thrown around as we had to hang on for dear life to high bars. You we buggered if you were short."

The baggage cost was the exact price of the flight... EasyJet should inform customers at time of PURCHASE regarding carry-on costs, NOT at the GATE. My bag was sent to baggage reclaim, which was past immigration... I had to go through immigration, collect my bag and re-enter the airport for a connecting flight and go through customs, as if I was a newly arriving at the airport!!!!! I am a very dissatisfied customer."

Be more senior friendly and understanding please."

Cons: "I disliked the fact that our flight was delayed and we weren't notified about it. I disliked that we got told there was a problem with the engine but they didn't allow us to either get off the plane or change plans we just sat there as they ran test after test. Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."

Advance checkin online not free , checking at airport 55£ . In Less than 2 Hour before boarding online is not possible anymore. Ryanair counter cannot check you in and you will be sent forth and back to other counters"

Cons: "The seats are uncomfortable, the application of the baggage policy is inflexible & difficult, there are no places to put your things and having seating assigned randomly when you travel with someone is ridiculous. I love discount airlines, but being charged for things that would make me happier while not costing the airline a penny is too far. Ryanair gets your initial business with artificially low rates and then nickle-and-dimes you until you pay at least as much as you would by just going with an honest carrier that charges normal prices up front. I am tired of being messed about when there are equivalently priced carriers that aren't such shysters."

Never again will I fly RyanAir."

The Priority boarding is very poorly organised . when we were finally let out onto the tarmac there was a mad scramble by the non priority customers to get to the plane although the one lady in charge did control things to a degree I might add that at Gatwick going to Belfast the Priority boarding was a joke. If you are going to make customers queue in the corridor please put a sign up outside to indicate the you dont't have to queue"

Cons: "We have never flown Ryan Air before and are not from Europe. We booked or flight one day prior to the flight and were shocked to show up at the airport and pay 90 euro to check in at the airport. This is simply a price gouge. I understand a small, nominal fee for this but not 90 euro! That is asinine. I will purposely avoid Ryan Air in the future as this leaves a bad taste in my mouth."

Cons: "I was told next time I have to be careful with my carry-on because I'd have to pay £50 otherwise. However, my carry-on is TSA approved, it has a lot of pockets so it may appear to be a bit bigger but I don't overstuff and I've had no issue getting my bag into the overhead bin. Granted, the officer was kind when she said it, but I also measured my bag and weighed it before my flight and I shouldn't feel there should be an issue with my bag. On my return flight I had souvenirs in my bag (meaning more in my SAME bag) and no one said a word about my carry-on."

We were expecting to show our passport and collect our luggage from the carrousel but didn't realise until after we went through the glass doors and had to wait over 40 mins for it to be brought to us. What was so astonishing- we were told we weren't the only ones this happened to. It would be very useful if cabin crew made the passengers aware of this to avoid it happening time after time with others/flights"

The check-in area at Dublin as poor signage as I needed to get my booking pass stamped & passports checked The seats didn't recline & because I am not tall the head rest curve pushes my head forward (on most planes) have gap behind neck so very uncomfortable only helped by reclining seat. Boarding messy as no seat order called hence isles blocked, most planes load back seats first keeping isles free, this plane had back & front stair gangways but weren't told."

Cons: "Because the tickets are so cheap, they try to get money out of you at every turn! They charged us $20 each to print our boarding passes at the airport (it wasn't enough to have them on our phones)! They make you pay to check a bag and you have to arrange it ahead of time (cannot ask to do it at the airport). They made a big fuss about the sizes of our bags and threatened to charge up to $55 per bag if they needed to check them at the gate! They have tiny compartments at the gate but our bags fit without any issues on the plane itself."

Cons: "Checked our party (two adults and three kids with backpacks) of 5's hand luggage, letting most other single travelers get onboard with hand luggage. What is the point, if you choose not to travel with checked bags and at the gate they still check hand luggage?"

Pros: "We arrived to our destinations, and so did our bags. Good! And crew were all friendly."
Cons: "But this budget airline feels so in every sense. Boarding is from Tarmac, even coffee or tea costs checked bag, and weight limits are low, boarding is chaotic, no flight entertainment... By the time we paid for all our bags and did the whole dance of moving items from bag to bag to meet limits, we could have probably picked a better airline and had more comfort. They have a policy to charge for musical instruments, and even though there was space, on our return flight we were forced to check it, which we mostly try to avoid for safety of instrument...the way out no issue, the way back we got a stickler. Overall, for single travelers who don't care where you sit and just have a small bag, go for it. Trying to shoehorn a family of four plus instrument led to several up charges and annoying encounters at airport. I'll avoid next time."
